We are hiring a North America Tax Senior Manager to our Tax team in São Paulo!
The North America Tax Senior Manager is responsible for the end-to-end US tax lifecycle, including full compliance across US Federal and State Income Tax, Sales & Use Tax, and support the Canadian operation. Additionally, this role leads the Tax provision process, maintains a rigorous SOX control environment, and provides technical support to the broader accounting team. The ideal candidate acts as the bridge between tax technicalities and financial operational excellence.

A área de FinOps (Operações Financeiras) é o motor que faz a engrenagem financeira do QuintoAndar girar no dia a dia. Somos responsáveis por garantir que cada transação — de aluguel ou de venda — se traduza em faturas corretas, cobranças precisas, conciliações confiáveis e dados íntegros que alimentam toda a cadeia financeira da empresa.
Como Gerente de FinOps, você vai liderar dois times com missões complementares:
Fechamento de Faturas (ForRent): responsável por todo o ciclo de faturamento do aluguel — desde a geração das faturas na jornada ongoing até os acertos financeiros de offboarding. É um time transacional, de alto volume e de complexidade de dados, que também absorve os ajustes financeiros decorrentes da jornada de experiência do cliente. Esse time é peça-chave para que o fechamento contábil ocorra de forma íntegra e no prazo.
Billing / Faturamento (ForSale): cuida da emissão de notas fiscais e da conciliação de recebimentos do negócio de venda de imóveis. Garante que cada comissão faturada bata com o que foi efetivamente recebido.
É uma posição para quem gosta de operação com profundidade: você vai precisar dominar as regras de negócio dos produtos, se virar bem em dados e ter um olhar forte para a arquitetura de processos.
O dia a dia envolve interação constante com os times de Tecnologia, Produto, Dados e com as demais áreas de Finance — especialmente FinOps, Balance & Revenue Assurance, Business Controlling, Tax e Controllership.

Experiência sólida na gestão de times operacionais, preferencialmente em áreas de operações financeiras, faturamento, cobrança ou conciliação.

We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to play a key role in our Controllership team, overseeing and improving the monthly financial close and contributing to the accuracy and reliability of Wildlife’s financial reporting.
As our operations continue to evolve, having strong and scalable accounting processes is critical. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly close process, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned. You will play a key role in ensuring that accounting information accurately reflects the business and supports decision-making at a group level.
You will work closely with Tax, FP&A, and other Finance teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of complex transactions, while also understanding how local entries impact group consolidation. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate trade-offs between accuracy, timelines, and business needs.
You will also contribute to improving and scaling our accounting processes, helping us reduce closing timelines, enhance controls, and build a more efficient and reliable reporting environment.
