Analista de Controles Internos de TI
Buscamos um (a) Analista de Controles Internos de TI para integrar o time de Controles Internos e Riscos. O foco principal da posição é fortalecer o ambiente de governança, elevar a maturidade dos controles e preparar a companhia para o SOX Compliance.
Este profissional será responsável por:
- Mapear, documentar, implementar e testar controles internos.
- Garantir a confiabilidade dos reportes financeiros e mitigar riscos relevantes, interagindo ativamente com áreas core e de suporte.
- Apoiar projetos e melhorias, incluindo novos produtos, visando mitigar gaps, automatizar controles e estruturar processos críticos para o SOX readiness.
Sobre a Equipe
O Time de Controles Internos e Riscos de TI atua na melhoria contínua dos Controles Gerais de TI (GITC), bem como dos controles automatizados e dependentes de TI do Grupo QuintoAndar.
Nossa missão é garantir a conformidade com os requisitos SOx e padrões internacionais (como COSO, COBIT e PCAOB). Trabalhamos em estreita colaboração com equipes de Engenharia, Segurança da Informação, IAM, Plataforma, Dados, Controladoria, Finanças e Produtos para assegurar que os processos e componentes tecnológicos que suportam os relatórios financeiros estejam adequadamente desenhados, operados e evidenciados.
Atuamos como a 2ª Linha de Defesa para SOx, desafiando e apoiando a 1ª Linha de Defesa (1LoD) na execução eficiente e correta dos controles internos, seguindo a Metodologia de TI SOx e as diretrizes de Controles Internos do Quinto Andar.
Sobre a posição
Como Analista de Controles Internos de TI, você será um contribuidor individual sênior no assunto para controles de TI sobre relatórios financeiros, com forte autonomia e influência em vários domínios e países. Algumas de suas principais responsabilidades são:
- Executar a avaliação do ambiente de controle de TI SOx da empresa, com foco em gerenciamento de acesso lógico, gerenciamento de mudanças, operações de TI, controles automatizados, controles manuais dependentes de TI e segurança cibernética através de Testes de Design (ToD) e Testes de Eficácia (ToE).
- Contribuir com o monitoramento de escopo e a avaliação de riscos de componentes de TI (aplicativos de terceiros, serviços/microsserviços internos, automações, infraestrutura, conjuntos de dados, notebooks, etc.) que sejam relevantes para o ICFR, aplicando a metodologia de escopo de TI SOx do QuintoAndar.
- Acompanhar e sugerir baseado em frameworks e boas práticas a implementação de planos de ação e remediação com equipes de engenharia, Segurança da Informação, IAM e de negócios, garantindo análises robustas de causa raiz, correções sustentáveis e fechamento oportuno de deficiências de controle de TI e descobertas de auditoria.
- Atuar como contraparte primária para auditores externos e Auditoria Interna em temas de TI SOx (escopo, metodologia, amostragem, exceções, deficiências), apoiando walkthroughs, solicitações de evidências e discussões técnicas.
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua da metodologia, modelos e diretrizes de TI da SOx (por exemplo, amostragem, integridade da população, padrões de EIP, listas de verificação de revisão de qualidade).
- Ajudar a projetar e desafiar a automação e o monitoramento do controle de TI (por exemplo, controlar bots/AI agents, dashboards, alertas) para aumentar a cobertura e reduzir o esforço manual e o risco de erros.
- Orientar e apoiar donos de controles nos conceitos de GITC, ITACs, SOx, técnicas de teste, padrões de documentação e interação com equipes de tecnologia, elevando o nível geral de qualidade da equipe.
- Promover sinergia e governança entre SOx, Engenharia, InfoSec, IAM, Controladoria e demais stakeholders por meio de rotinas, treinamentos, workshops e fóruns focados em controles de TI.
Conhecimentos e Habilidades
Buscamos profissionais com sólida experiência em controles e riscos de TI, preferencialmente em ambientes de alta tecnologia ou regulados, demonstrando proficiência nas seguintes áreas:
Experiência Profissional Requerida:
- Histórico: Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em Controles Internos de TI, Auditoria de TI, Risco de TI, Conformidade de TI ou TI SOx (ex: Big 4, auditoria interna, instituições financeiras, fintechs ou empresas de tecnologia).
- Diferencial Big Four: Vivência prévia em auditoria externa ou consultoria em riscos/controles internos em empresas de grande porte (Big Four).
- Ciclo de Vida dos Controles:
- Mapeamento de Processos: Habilidade em conduzir entrevistas, elaborar fluxogramas e narrativas para documentação de processos.
- RCM: Elaboração e revisão de Matrizes de Risco e Controle.
- Testes: Experiência em testes de desenho e efetividade de Controles Gerais de Tecnologia da Informação (GITC) e Controles Automáticos (ITACs).
- Controles Gerais de TI (GITC):
- Acesso Lógico: Experiência prática em Gestão de Identidade e Acesso (IAM, SSO/IdP, Segregação de Funções - SoD, acesso privilegiado, ciclo de vida do usuário).
- Gestão de Mudanças: Proficiência em revisão de código, aprovações, segregação de funções em ambientes de mudanças e gestão de mudanças emergenciais.
- Operações de TI: Conhecimento em processamento de trabalhos, interfaces, monitoramento, gerenciamento de incidentes/problemas e processos de backup.
- Gestão de Não Conformidades: Identificação de gaps e acompanhamento eficaz de planos de ação.
- Avaliação de Fornecedores/Terceiros: Análise de relatórios SOC 1 Tipo 2, avaliação dos controles complementares da entidade usuária e seu impacto no SOx.
- Tecnologias Modernas:
- Avaliação de controles de TI em ambientes de cloud (ex: AWS) e arquiteturas modernas (microsserviços, APIs, plataformas de dados, pipelines de CI/CD).
- Conhecimento de Aplicativos Empresariais/SaaS relevantes para relatórios financeiros (ex: ERP - SAP/Oracle, RH/Folha de pagamento, Tesouraria, core banking/ledger, ferramentas de reconciliação).
- Ambientes de Tecnologia e Dados:
- Experiência em bancos digitais, fintechs ou ambientes baseados em tecnologia, com exposição a microsserviços, arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e práticas de DevOps.
- Forte capacidade de analisar evidências técnicas (logs, configurações, scripts, SQL/queries, listagens de acesso) e conectá-las a objetivos de controle e riscos financeiros.
- Conforto na leitura, interpretação e análise de dados (ex: SQL, notebooks, dashboards) para suporte a testes de controle e investigações.
Ferramentas e Padrões de Mercado:
- Conhecimento Prático em Ferramentas: Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de identidade e acesso (ex: IDN ou similar), plataformas cloud (ex: AWS) e ferramentas de controle de versão/CI-CD (ex: GitHub, pipelines).
- Melhoria e Automação: Experiência com melhoria de processos e controles, incluindo automação, uso de dados/análises para testes ou soluções de monitoramento contínuo.
- Frameworks e Normas: Sólidos conhecimentos em COSO, SOX (Seção 404), Audit Standards PCAOB, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL 4, cibersegurança, governança de TI e automação com inteligência artificial.
Diferenciais:
- Conhecimento dos processos operacionais do negócio.

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Tools Support Engineer to administer, support, and enhance our internal engineering platforms—Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, GitLab, Perforce and Code Collaborator. The ideal candidate will ensure these systems are secure, stable, scalable, and well‑integrated across the enterprise, while providing technical support to development, QA, and IT teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer and maintain Jira Software Management, including workflows, schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and automations;
- Manage Confluence spaces, permissions, templates, macros, and indexing;
- Configure and maintain GitLab projects, groups, runners, CI/CD pipelines, branch protection rules, and access policies;
- Support and administer Perforce, including depots, streams, protections, checkpoints, replicas, and storage optimization;
- Manage Code Collaborator review workflows, SCM integrations, and user access;
- Provide support for all platforms; resolve complex issues related to authentication, permissions, workflows, pipelines, or repository performance;
- Handle incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions;
- Coordinate with vendors (Atlassian, GitLab, Perforce, SmartBear) for escalations when required;
- Enforce SSO access control, and audit logging across all tools. Manage SSL/TLS certificates, keystores, and renewal cycles;
- Ensure adherence to organizational security and compliance standards;
- Plan, execute, and document version upgrades, backup/restore tests, and system migrations;
- Conduct post‑upgrade validation, performance checks, and regression testing;
- Maintain high availability, reliability, and performance tuning for all services;
- Maintain system architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles;
- Define governance standards for project structure, branching models, permissions, and naming conventions;
- Educate teams on best practices and tool usage.
Essential Skills
- Experience supporting or administering DevOps/ALM platforms;
- Strong hands‑on experience with at least four tools from Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Perforce, Code Collaborator;
- Proficiency in Linux administration, shell scripting, and basic networking (TLS, proxies, firewalls);
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL (queries, backups, connection tuning);
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, SCM workflows, and DevOps pipelines.
Highly Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of GitLab runner autoscaling or Kubernetes‑based runners;
- Perforce proxy/broker configuration and large‑binary workflow optimization;

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead the design and implementation of complex AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and collaborating with humans and other systems. This role goes beyond building simple chatbots: you will be responsible for creating multi-agent architectures, integrating advanced LLMs, and ensuring robustness, scalability, and security in production environments.

What You'll Do
Build Partner Technical Champions

Drive Integrations and Architecture
Work with partners and internal teams to design secure cloud-native architectures that incorporate Chainguard into DevOps, platform engineering, and security workflows. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring partner integrations to life.
Develop Joint Partner Solutions
Co-create partner-led services and offerings that help customers adopt Chainguard solutions. Partner closely with Sales and Partner Managers to identify deals, accelerate the sales cycle, help with adoption, and grow partner-influenced revenue across the company.
Support Strategic Partner Relationships
Engage with partner technical leaders and executives to align on technical roadmaps and solution strategies. Broadcast partners' progress to field teams internally and encourage the close collaboration of Chainguard - Partner SEs for maximum joint value proposition and have a strong influence over product direction.
Maintain Strong Partner Engagement
Run ongoing enablement sessions, workshops, and joint technical activities to ensure partners remain engaged and capable of delivering Chainguard solutions. Initiatives to cultivate strong bonds with new and existing partners.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering

About the Role:
We are seeking a technically strong, hands-on Senior Database Reliability Engineer to help design, build, and scale the database platform used across Sezzle’s applications.
This is not a traditional DBA role. This role is for an engineer who can combine deep database knowledge with software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and platform thinking. You will help build the systems, libraries, automation, standards, and guardrails that make database usage across Sezzle reliable, secure, scalable, and easy for developers to adopt correctly.
As a Senior Database Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving how Sezzle applications connect to, migrate, operate, observe, and scale their databases. You will work across application teams, infrastructure, security, and engineering leadership to define patterns that improve database reliability by design — not just by operational response.
You should be comfortable owning problems end-to-end: understanding application behavior, reading code, reviewing database access patterns, building shared tooling, improving connection management, designing migration safety checks, analyzing production performance, and helping developers use databases in safer and more scalable ways.

- Create and maintain high-signal dashboards, alerts, SLOs, SLIs, runbooks, and operational readiness checks for database-backed services.
- Drive improvements in database backup validation, restore testing, disaster recovery, failover readiness, and business continuity.
- Work with security and compliance teams to improve database access controls, auditability, encryption, secrets management, least privilege, and PCI/SOC 2 aligned controls.
- Mentor engineers on database design, query performance, safe migrations, operational readiness, and production debugging.
- Use automation and AI tooling where appropriate to improve migration review, query analysis, incident investigation, documentation, and developer productivity.
What We look for:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering, infrastructure engineering, database engineering, SRE, or platform engineering experience.

- You have working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
- You excel at communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and can adapt your style for individual contributors or exec audiences.
- You’re able to work with minimal guidance on customer enablement, issue triage, and product adoption strategies.

Job Summary
The objective of this role is to contribute to the development of a scalable and high‑performance Voice platform by building production‑ready VoIP solutions, addressing complex technical challenges, and optimizing real‑time communication pipelines. The position focuses on SIP‑based systems, FreeSwitch integration, and backend service development, while collaborating with DevOps teams to deploy and operate solutions in AWS and ensuring code quality through reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation.

- Actively contribute to the codebase by writing production code, prototyping critical components, and resolving complex technical challenges;
- Develop and maintain VoIP solutions for the Voice platform, including SIP signaling, traffic routing, and global scalability;
- Lead the integration and customization of FreeSwitch as a core media server and softswitch platform;
- Develop robust backend services using C, Java, Python, Golang;
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain solutions on cloud environments (AWS);

Essential Skills

Why You'll Love This Role:
We're looking for an experienced ML Ops Engineer to join the ML/AI team at Newsela. This team works on projects ranging from classical Machine Learning to AI / Generative pipelines. This is a hands-on role. You'll work closely with ML/AI, data and site reliability engineers to take models from prototype to production, build robust data pipelines, and keep our services running smoothly as we continue to scale.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model training, packaging, and deployment across our microservices.
- Manage containerized services on AWS ECS, optimizing for cost, latency, and availability.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and service configuration with Terraform.
- Work to maintain and scale services that make use of third party LLM providers.
- Build and improve data pipelines that feed models from BigQuery, S3, and DynamoDB into training and inference workflows.
- Instrument services with observability tooling (Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Langfuse) and establish SLOs for model-serving endpoints.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize new models using BentoML, FastAPI, and container-based serving.
About You:

The Mission
Caylent is seeking skilled Project Management professionals at multiple seniority levels—Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Principal Project Manager—to join our expanding Cloud Project Management team. The specific role and level will be determined during the recruitment process, based on your qualifications, experience, and assessment feedback.

Your Assignment
- Manage all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams, planning and executing of projects, conducting regular touch-points and coordinating account-related activities as needed

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated, best-in-class Principal Engineer for our Data Infrastructure. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement.
Sezzle is growing; our data generation and consumption is growing with us at an increasing scale. Data is extremely valuable, and we want to empower the business, the engineers, and the rest of the organization to be able to read, write, and analyze large volumes of it quickly and efficiently.
Sezzle is a heavy consumer of MySQL, Postgres, and Redshift, leveraging AWS tooling with Aurora RDS and DMS. We use DBT-based transformations and similar toolkits to populate a rapidly growing data lake that supports multiple data warehouses. It’s scaled well with us so far, and we’re looking to continue improving it, but we also want to step into new tooling and technologies.
What you’ll do:
- End to end ownership of our database and data warehousing infrastructure, its KPIs and its SLAs, including MySQL, Postgres, CDC capture, and Redshift.
- Lead optimizations in database and query performance.
- Build and maintain tooling to help manage and upgrade our data infrastructure, continually improving with migrations and optimizations.
- Partner with Development to ensure we ship solid queries against a battle-tested schema to meet the needs of our products and business.
- Help Sezzle evolve our data systems beyond the current scale and stack with whatever tooling is necessary to handle processing high volumes of writes and events while performing complex ETL.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, guiding the evolution of Sezzle’s data infrastructure.
- Help data engineers and analysts optimize Redshift and warehouse performance, including query tuning, modeling improvements, and cost management.
What We look for:
- 12+ years of experience in DBA, SRE, or Data Engineering roles, with a strong track record of scaling production-grade systems.
- Deep expertise with MySQL, Postgres, AWS Redshift or similar products, including performance tuning, table design, and workload management.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Strong hands-on experience with data replication and ETL/ELT frameworks, especially DBT, AWS DMS, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, distributed systems, and warehouse/lake design patterns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Prior experience in high-growth, data-intensive fintech or similar regulated environments.
- Knowledge of lakehouse architectures and modern stacks such as Snowflake, Databricks, Iceberg, or Delta Lake.
- Some background in designing scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines using modern orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, etc.) processing anywhere from 100GB to 1 TB of new data a day
- Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, Flink, Spark Streaming).
- High enthusiasm for using AI to be as productive as possible.

As a Software Engineer focused on our mobile app, you will be responsible for solving challenges in our highest-traffic applications, with your work having a direct impact on our customers and product. Day-to-day, you’ll partner with your team to build out features and products in our React Native-based mobile app. In this role, you’ll also provide support for our mobile app as a platform, working closely with engineers from multiple teams to support larger product releases. What You'll Do:
- Work within our cross-platform TypeScript React Native app to build and maintain new innovative product features.
