As a Product Designer at Ketryx, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our platform. As its sophistication and flexibility continue to grow, you’ll transform complexity into intuitive, delightful experiences that set a new benchmark for our industry.
We’re looking for someone with solid UX/UI design skills, a strong product mindset, and a holistic end-to-end perspective across the full customer experience. You will be working closely with an excellent team of designers, product people, client operation reps, front end devs and AI engineers across our offices. The role is based in Boston with 25% travel to our Vienna, Austria office.
We expect you to champion consistency across the entire end-to-end customer experience. For this reason, in addition to being a key contributor on the product design team, the role also has a dotted line to GTM.

We're hiring a Lead Product Designer to make our design team a primary source of user truth at Ketryx.
Our users are not casual software consumers. They are systems engineers, quality leads, regulatory specialists, and software developers working on products where mistakes have real consequences. Designing for them means understanding their work at a depth most B2B companies never reach — and translating that understanding into workflows that feel obvious to the people who live in them every day.
You'll build and lead a research-led design function that deeply understands these personas, shapes what we build (not just how it looks), and partners with product on every roadmap decision. You'll inherit a small team in Vienna, a strong product partnership, and a company that takes design seriously as a peer function across R&D.
This is a hands-on leadership role at early-stage pace. You should be excited to run the playbook yourself before scaling it.
This role can be Boston, MA or Vienna, AT based, with travel between offices every 4–6 weeks. Expect heavier travel during your first three months as you get to know the team and the work. The role reports to the Head of Product and partners closely with our CTO and product leadership.

The Lead Product Designer for the Design System team is responsible for shaping, evolving, and scaling the organization’s design system across products, teams, and platforms. As a Lead IC on the Design System team, you will act as a force multiplier across the product organization. Qualifications:

• Experience developing brand identities, extending visual systems and applying them across a range of
touchpoints.
• Understanding of digital best practices, including accessibility, responsive behavior and build feasibility.
• Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with AI design tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present design thinking and rationale.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers and speaking build language.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to design in a way that is informed by real-world web

Pay Range: $95,000-$120,000

Real Chemistry is looking for an Experience Designer to join our growing team!
This is a mid-level Experience Design position that will provide support in execution of creative and digital experiences for various clients across the agency. Organization, positivity and flexibility are essential as you work both autonomously and collaboratively to discover creative solutions based on quantitative and qualitative research. We want Experience Designers who love unraveling tough problems and inspiring people to think strategically about experiences in fresh new ways.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What you’ll do:
Create and own UX and design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, functional annotations, experience strategic thinking, customer journeys, sketches and full comp designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic analysis and competitive analysis
Involvement in all stages of the design process; research through concepting, prototyping, and implementation
Effectively provide experience and support in applying consumer needs, brand guidelines, strategic insights, etc. to a variety of digital solutions
Contribute and critique design work with the creative teams
Utilize and advocate for human-centered design process and thinking
Lead with action to inspire and encourage teams in use of new methods and push thinking
Research and stay current in digital design trends, tools, and technologies within all industries, but especially the healthcare industry.

We’re looking for engineers eager to weigh tradeoffs, solve real problems, and expand the capabilities of an enterprise software offering.
You’ll work side-by-side with fellow engineers, bioinformaticians, and our VP to invent new ways for biologists to convert data into better plots.
