About the role:
The Account Director is a senior professional who develops and manages accounts, builds and delivers business, and takes accountability for the human and financial performance of the team. You'll provide daily programme management and team member guidance — owning the client relationship at senior stakeholder level, and serving as a primary and authoritative communicator on large strategic accounts. You'll provide excellent strategic and tactical counsel — analysing challenges, developing programmes, and overseeing the delivery of a high-quality, profitable service. You'll be equally focused on growing revenue from existing clients and identifying opportunities with new ones, while managing budgets, billing, and all financial performance requirements for your accounts.
Leading a team of 4–10 people, you'll be responsible for hiring, developing, and motivating the people in your charge — fostering a culture of collaboration, creative excellence, and continuous AI adoption across Beauty AI Studio (BAIS).

SimplifyNext is a fast-growing consulting and technology firm founded by veterans from top-tier consulting companies, focused on AI, Automation, and Application Platforms. Our mission is to drive business transformation across industries by combining strategic insight with deep technical expertise.
We work with leading enterprises and public sector organisations across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region to design, build, and operate scalable digital and automation platforms — delivering impactful transformations for global and local organisations alike.
Built as an agile practice, we mentor and grow the next generation of consulting and technology experts. We invest heavily in structured training and enablement programmes that help our teams expand across Intelligent Automation, Test Automation, AI-powered workflows, and Agentic AI solutions.
Recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies in Singapore and Asia Pacific, SimplifyNext is positioned as one of the most credible and ambitious digital transformation teams in the region.
Our OutSystems practice delivers enterprise-grade, mission-critical applications for public sector and large enterprise clients. You will work closely with senior architects and consulting leaders who focus on scalability, performance, and governance, not just low-code development.
In parallel, SimplifyNext runs a strong AI and automation practice, enabling our OutSystems teams to design and deliver AI-augmented and agent-enabled workflows. If you are looking to go beyond routine application builds and work on platforms that operate at scale, this is your opportunity.
You will design and build enterprise-grade applications on OutSystems O11, including Reactive Web and Mobile solutions, taking strong technical ownership across the delivery lifecycle. This role involves translating business and functional requirements into robust technical designs, applying sound architectural and modular design principles to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
In this role, you will work on integrations with enterprise platforms and systems using REST / SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and event-driven patterns where applicable. You will contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management, supporting disciplined environment management, automated deployments, and reliable releases across development, test, and production environments.
You will also have opportunities to work alongside SimplifyNext’s AI and automation practice, contributing to the design and delivery of AI-augmented and intelligent workflows, such as decision support, document processing, or agent-enabled user interactions, where appropriate. Throughout delivery, you will collaborate closely with architects, stakeholders, and delivery leaders, optimise application performance, uphold coding standards and security best practices, and support production readiness and continuous improvement within the OutSystems practice.
We are looking for engineers with a strong ownership mindset, who take responsibility for the quality and sustainability of the solutions they build. You should be able to think architecturally, making sound design decisions rather than focusing only on screen-level implementation. This role requires comfort in balancing delivery speed with quality, security, and governance. Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams are essential.
Required Experience & Skills
At SimplifyNext, we’re committed to building a team of curious, driven, and forward-thinking individuals who care deeply about creating meaningful impact through technology. If you’re excited by the opportunity to grow, collaborate, and shape the future of digital transformation across the region, we’d be happy to hear from you.
