Get to Know our Team
In Agoda’s Back End Engineering department, we build the scalable, fault-tolerant systems and APIs that host our core business logic. Our systems cover all major areas of our business: inventory and pricing, product information, customer data, communications, partner data, booking systems, payments, and more. These mission-critical systems change frequently with dozens of releases per day, so we must employ state-of-the-art CI/CD and testing techniques in order to make sure everything works without any downtime. We also ensure that our systems are self-healing, responding gracefully to extreme loads or unexpected input. In order to accomplish this, we use state-of-the-art languages like Scala and Go, data technologies like Kafka and Aerospike, and agile development practices. Most importantly though, we hire great people from all around the world and empower them to be successful. Whether it’s building new projects like Flights and Packages or reimagining our existing business, you’ll make a big impact as part of the Back End Engineering team.

About the team

Get to Know Our Team
The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team is responsible for Agoda's office infrastructure and staff connectivity. We provide the hardware, software, and access to resources that allows staff to achieve their goals. Whether in the office, working remotely, or traveling, we enable everyone to stay connected. The GSD team uses state-of-the-art cloud management technologies combined with the best of on-site services to manage the latest hardware running Windows, macOS, and Linux.
The Opportunity
We are looking for candidates with a passion for corporate technology and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Bangkok. This role offers excellent growth opportunities in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support business access requirements on multiple systems.
- Resolve day-to-day issues assigned to the GSD Operations team.
- Design, implement, and manage user access controls and permissions.
- Oversee the user provisioning lifecycle in the company
- Automate identity and roles provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for requests received via ServiceDesk, ensuring all requests are completed within the agreed SLA.
- Take on long-term projects in addition to daily tasks, allowing for growth and development.
- Make quick decisions, implement standards, and best practices to improve support processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Enthusiastic team player.
- Critical thinker – likes to challenge and ask questions
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Operations support, or as an IAM Analyst.
- Background in “no code” automations and working with APIs.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Database Server and query commands.
- Good knowledge of Okta or similar Identity Providers (IDP).
- Good knowledge of Active Directory management tools, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Good knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange Online, or Microsoft Office 365.
- Customer service-minded with great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Must demonstrate ownership and be both proactive and reactive.

In this Role, you’ll get to:
Builds and owns the long-term relationship (through proactive and reactive engagement) between Agoda and their strategic and/or key accounts (comprised of top producing hotel partners).
Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the performance of their accounts, typically from a portfolio of the top producing properties for the country
Proactively engages Agoda's supply partners, utilizing exemplary Strategic Account Management (SAM) approaches and practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value.
Actively manages supply partners, providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth.
Demonstrates a data driven and consultative approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner.
Maintains meaningful & high-frequency engagement with supply partners, including a minimum of one face-to-face interaction a quarter.
Responds to the needs and requests of hotel partners in a timely and effective manner.
Is capable of handling both input and output KPIs and achieves their individual KPIs with minimal supervision from an Area Manager.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or account management
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders
Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred
Ability to convince senior stakeholders with insight from data and problem-solving skills
Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
Proven success in acquiring, building & maintaining long term customer relationships
Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity:
As Area Manager, your main objectives will be to develop and execute an area-level or segment-level strategy, based on data and market knowledge, and to drive significant business growth. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to account management teams and for delivering targets and growth expectations that form a key part of Agoda’s business goals. Lead the implementation of market strategy in Thailand.
Lead, inspire, coach and develop teams to grow our local business.

What you'll Need to Succeed:
More than 6 years of professional experience
Proven strong leadership skills, team leader and team player is a must
Past success in mentoring and building results-oriented and solutions-focused teams that cater to strong team dynamics and collaboration as well as long-term partner relationships
Relevant sales, business development or general management experience
Deep numerical and analytical skills and attention to details

Overview:
The focus of this role is on our white-label offering, partnering with our B2B partners to ensure they have the data and services to leverage the Agoda’s technological products on their platform and provide a better experience for our shared customers.
Agoda’s Senior Product Managers are responsible for defining the overall strategy and goals for Agoda’s various products, including the website, mobile applications and mobile website, email marketing, as well as advanced internal products and tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software. SPMs drive the relentless innovation required to stay ahead in an extremely dynamic and competitive industry. SPMs create and maintain a product roadmap and will be responsible for communication with all stakeholders (business heads, marketing, developers, and senior management) to ensure that Agoda’s products continue to perform at the highest possible level and serve the needs of our many customer groups.
A Senior Product Manager will see the big picture and the small detail at the same time. He or she will understand the broad needs of the business, scan the competitive landscape in which their product operates, spot trends and technical developments and update the product roadmap as needed. At the same time, he or she will understand every detail of the product from design to functionality to usability. They will need to understand various eCommerce metrics and concepts very well – conversion, repeat rates, ROI, site performance metrics, bounce rates, return on investment, etc.
In summary, an Agoda Senior Product Manager can expect to work on the cutting edge of technology, data, digital marketing, algorithmic decision-making, and consumer psychology – all at a scale that very few eCommerce companies in the world today can offer.

The Data department , based in Bangkok , oversees all of Agoda’s data-related requirements. The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious and agile data scientists that would like to seize the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging productive machine learning and big data platforms worldwide, processing some 600B events every day and making some 5B predictions.
As part of the Data Science and Machine Learning (AI/ML) team you will be exposed to real-world challenges such as: dynamic pricing, predicting customer intents in real time, ranking search results to maximize lifetime value, classifying and deep learning content and personalization signals from unstructured data such as images and text, making personalized recommendations, innovating algorithm-supported promotions and products for supply partners, discovering insights from big data, and innovating the user experience. To tackle these challenges, you will have the opportunity to work on one of the world's largest ML infrastructure employing dozens of GPUs working in parallel, 30K+ CPU cores and 150TB of memory.

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead Sertis’ combined accounting and some finance operations task. As aCommerce SaaS Product Manager Onboarding & Client Growth, you work closely with our product management team and our commercial teams to take our SaaS product EcommerceIQ to market. We built the most sophisticated ecommerce platform in Southeast Asia, helping some of the largest brands grow their ecommerce faster than on any other platform, due to our powerful promotion tools and extreme volume handling. Create our SaaS clients onboarding and client growth function, in terms of structure, processes and resources, building up a team in line with the growth of our business, for both EIQ SaaS and EIQ Market Insights. Specifically, this role will be doing: ● Plan all aspects of our SaaS client onboarding and client growth strategy in conjunction with all stakeholders. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission ● Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution. Develop service procedures, policies and standards ● Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. ● Able to Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports ● Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth ● Determine priorities to create structure and call out gaps based on client expectations and business impact ● Define every aspect of the client experience and work with all stakeholders to ensure that the clients’ and user experience is nothing less than perfect ● Work with each of the IQ Product Managers to identify opportunities to improve the SaaS experience of our products ● Work with the Product Marketing Manager, our training manager and each of the IQ Product Managers to build out the training material, user support material, onboarding and offboarding SOPs, etc. ● Work with the commercial teams to optimize our GTM strategy ● Define how we help our clients grow their ecommerce business across multiple channels faster on aCommerce than on any other platform, taking full advantage of our suite of products ● Work with the marketing teams to optimize our message and to acquire new, high-value clients. ● Work closely with the Client and Application Support teams ensure a flawless client and user experience ● Identify possible risks and take measures to prevent these and escalate if needed ● Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement ● Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets ● Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment |

The Campaign Delivery team creates an effective link between the client-facing Agency teams and the WPP Media teams. The Campaign Delivery team ensures that comprehensive briefs are received from the Agency teams and ensures that WPP Media specialists meet clients’ expectations by achieving campaign KPIs in a timely manner and through embedding operational excellence. They also support the delivery of tasks such as reporting output, offering insights and recommendations across strategic planning and agency pitches.
The following are the responsibilities of the WPP Media Campaign Delivery team, and the varying degree of complexity is subject to individual job level:
• Ensure understanding of all WPP Media Agencies brand portfolio, deliverables and campaign KPIs
• Strong understanding of media behaviors and how the target audience interacts with specific channel delivery, and ensure common understanding across WPP Media
• Proactively address, and when needed escalate, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Provide technical perspective in client meetings when specific expertise is required
• Maintain quality control and assurance practices across the assigned cluster of clients and proactively advise Agencies on campaign improvements
• Maintain and comply with finance processes (such as month-end reconciliations), WPP Media policies and procedures
• Facilitate and influence cross-function collaboration by demonstrating openness to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different expertise
• Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning
• Serve as key point of contact on brief delivery responses and work with WPP Media Agency Planner in developing tactical strategies/responses
• Compile all necessary media recommendations (i.e. media schedules) from respective WPP Media Buying teams
• Oversee end-to-end project management of campaign brief and delivery
• Be responsible across all campaign tracking and reconciliation requirements (including KPI delivery)
• Support the Director of Campaign Delivery team to strategize key account campaigns and ensure optimal delivery and performance alongside all WPP Media Agencies and WPP Media Buying teams
• Share regular updates with Agencies on campaign performance, such as in-flight optimizations and necessary schedule adjustments
• Assist WPP Media Agencies on consolidating data for ad hoc reports (e.g. CSI/Savings Report/Cost Avoidance)
• Deliver holistic cross-channel campaign analysis (i.e. mid and post campaign reports), working with respective buying teams to provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations
• Identify new product opportunities that will enhance clients’ digital presence
• Roll out test-and-learn initiatives to drive continuous improvements in campaign performance
• Take an active role in developing broader biddable or digital strategic recommendations and best practices to scale impact at market and regional level
• Any other projects or tasks as assigned from time to time
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent diploma, in disciplines such as STEM, Digital Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, or relevant experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of the biddable channels (Social/Search/Programmatic)
• At least 1 year within internal/external engagement capacity
• Strong experience in end-to-end project/campaign management
• Solid understanding of digital media ecosystem and technology
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholder levels
• Able to effectively develop and motivate people to achieve joint goals
• Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Able to efficiently prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-changing environment

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

The Opportunity
You will own and shape accounting across multiple countries in a fast-moving, global OTA — not just running the books but rethinking how accounting creates strategic value. Partner closely with business leaders, tax authorities, auditors, external advisors, and Agoda’s group brands to deliver timely reporting and enable new product and market launches across multiple legal entities.
This role blends accounting leadership, projects, and internal consulting. Associate Manager, Partner Communications:
Agoda is looking for a creative, yet analytical Associate Manager for Partner Communications to join our team and support the ideation, optimization, analysis and execution of our B2B CRM campaigns globally.
This role will support the end to end delivery of CRM campaigns/products which support a mixture of wider-company initiatives, ongoing engagement metrics and maintaining/optimizing key products that drive ecommerce revenues. The channels include email, push notifications, SMS, web/in-app messaging and more.
The Associate Manager, Partner Communications will work from the strategic to production level on campaigns to our supply partners, using market-leading technology – come up with a great idea and see it come to life all across the globe.

The Opportunity
The Senior People Data Analyst will contribute to the People Planning & Analytics organizations’ success by providing pro-active analysis around People data, working with People Team and other Business stakeholders to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations. As part of the organization, you’ll be working actively on budgeting activities and process and progressive improvement of the tools and processes of the team. This role collaborates closely with Finance and People team stakeholders to ensure activities are aligned with Agoda’s strategic goals and Personnel budget.
