Job Summary
The EHS Manager plays an essential role in establishing and promoting a culture of safety within the specific sites they are assigned, focusing on compliance with both internal EHS policies and external regulatory requirements. This position involves overseeing EHS protocols at a specific site, ensuring the site adheres to the highest standards of workplace safety and health.

Essential Job Responsibilities

This position involves overseeing EHS protocols on our construction sites throughout the Austin area, ensuring our sites adheres to the highest standards of workplace safety and health
By conducting regular audits, providing training, and implementing EHS programs, the EHS team works to minimize risks, reduce workplace accidents, and maintain a safe, healthy environment for all employees
Through collaboration with various departments and site leadership teams, this role supports the organization’s commitment to safety, demonstrating the importance of proactive measures in safeguarding the well-being of its workforce

Qualifications

Minimum required:

OSHA 30 required.
Minimum 8 years prior experience working within the commercial or industrial construction industry, including manufacturing, pipeline, mining, food and beverage, power, and refining environments with at least 5 years in a safety role.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, standards, and other applicable codes/regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to assess potential hazards and risks within operations and develop and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Preferred:

CSST or BCSP preferred.
OSHA 500 preferred.
MSHA Certification or background preferred.

Job Summary
The Senior Industrial Piping Estimator is a key leader within the Estimating Group, responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and comprehensive mechanical construction estimates for complex industrial projects. This role oversees the entire process of bid production - including quantity takeoffs, labor and equipment analysis, material pricing, subcontractor evaluations, and risk assessments—for projects up to $75M or higher depending on scope and self‑performance. The Senior Industrial Mechanical/Piping Estimator interprets mechanical drawings, piping and equipment specifications, isometrics, and contract documents to build detailed work breakdown structures and precise cost models.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Project Estimation:

Lead preparation of detailed estimates for projects up to $75M, considering complexity and self-performance scope.
Oversee discipline estimators on large multi-discipline RFPs.
Validate quantity take-offs and ensure accurate input into estimating software.
Apply advanced cost analysis and contingency planning for risk mitigation.

Technical Expertise:

Interpret and analyze P&ID drawings and other technical documents.
Utilize HCSS HeavyBid software for accurate and efficient estimating.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Represent the estimating team in client meetings, pre-bid conferences, and negotiations.
Communicate clearly with operations, procurement, and project management teams during pre-construction.

Process Management:

Develop and enforce estimating procedures, including pre-estimate checklists and opportunity matrices.
Oversee bid review meetings and ensure timely submission of RFIs and proposals.

Job Summary
The Electrical Instructor is responsible for the design, delivery, coordination, and evaluation of electrical training programs in one or more states (AZ, CO, IA, MT, WY currently). You will play a key role in developing Loenbro’s craft workforce by delivering high-quality training, coaching, and technical development to apprentices and field professionals. This position prefers you have proficiency in both English and Latin American Spanish to meet the needs of a diverse workforce. In your role, you will apply your advanced electrical knowledge, professional judgment, curriculum planning, and independent decision-making to support Loenbro’s apprenticeship programs and workforce development strategy. The Bilingual Electrical Instructor will deliver technical instruction in both English and Latin American Spanish, oversees multi-state apprentice cohorts, evaluates employee performance, and ensures training programs meet internal and regulatory standards. This role functions as a subject matter expert, owns key training processes, and provides guidance that influences hiring, promotion, and progression decisions

Essential Job Responsibilities

Manage multiple levels of Loenbro's electrical apprentice training using the NCCER curriculum, including: classroom instruction, scheduling, payroll coordination, material ordering, and record keeping.
Deliver learning content in both English and Latin American Spanish.
Provide job-specific training such as NEC code updates, NFPA 70e, and other required electrical/safety instruction.
Maintain a professional, supportive, and structured classroom environment.
Conduct electrical assessments to identify knowledge gaps, training needs, and curriculum updates for incoming candidates.
Coach and mentor employees helping them advance through their apprenticeship levels and career pathways.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Manager, Metrology & Optical Test expert to lead a focused group of engineers in our waveguide manufacturing team. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of measurement, calibration, and instrumentation, including nanostructure characterization and optical performance testing for outgoing products. Responsibility spans across the organization, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance are maintained to deliver on customer requirements. The ideal candidate will be a leader and player/coach with a deep technical understanding of metrology and optical test principles, quality systems, and advanced measurement equipment. This role is integral to advancing our Optics NPI and Manufacturing practices and will work closely with cross-functional design, process, materials, and integration teams.

Location: This role will be based fully onsite in Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.

What you’ll do

Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement the Optical NPI and Manufacturing metrology strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and quality standards.
- Lead a small team of metrology and optics professionals, defining actionable goals, developing their professional growth, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop best practices for problem solving (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) and technical communication.
- Seamless integration of workflows across R&D, Manufacturing, NPI, and Materials team to deliver solutions to support manufacturing operations activities from early NPI through High Volume ramp.
- Ownership of delivering clear, concise technical documentation and presentations, and building effective partnerships across teams and with external suppliers.
Measurement and Optical Test Tools:
- Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and verification of all measurement and test equipment (M&TE) to maintain traceability and compliance with national and international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001).
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all metrology and optical test processes, including measurement uncertainty analysis, gauge R&R studies, and calibration schedules.
- Define, develop, budget, and qualify advanced testing/characterization techniques to deepen the fundamental understanding of waveguide materials, processes, and their impact on device performance. This includes recipe/configuration setups, statistical validation such as GR&R and matching studies, calibrated standards, golden unit creation, long-term stability (LTS), and factory and site acceptance testing for new equipment.
Technical Expertise and Support:
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for all complex dimensional, mechanical, and electrical measurement challenges, providing technical guidance to cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Quality).
- Apply expertise in metrology, characterization, optics, and nanofabrication to support imprint and replication processes, wafer cleaning, plasma etch, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and metals deposition.
- Establish project priorities and manage resources, ensuring efficient workflow across metrology (AFM, ellipsometry, interferometry, and other characterization equipment) and waveguide optical testers (for KPIs such as ANSI, MTF, Transmission, etc).
- Analyze Interpret data from metrology equipment, including identification of potential measurement errors, tool variance, and tester to tester correlations.
Operations and Compliance:
- Manage the departmental budget, including definition of capital equipment requirements and resource allocation.
- Drive the selection, procurement, and implementation of new metrology and optical test technologies and software to enhance measurement capabilities and efficiency.
- Act as the representative for all external audits related to metrology and optical test solutions.
- Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure metrology practices support the company's Quality Management System (QMS).

The experience you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in metrology, quality control, optical test, or precision manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in advanced materials characterization techniques.
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5.
- Demonstrated expertise in measurement uncertainty budgets and calculations, sensitivity analysis, and variance analysis.
- A strong statistical background and experience in large data set analysis using industry standard tools (e.g., JMP, R, Python, Matlab).
- Proficiency with various measurement systems, including CMMs, optical scanners, vision systems, and conventional gauges.
- Hands-on experience with materials and nanostructure characterization methods, including SEM, AFM, ellipsometry, interferometry, XRD, EDX, uXRF, FTIR, DSC, and TGA.

Business Development Representative

Location: This is a hybrid position located in Austin, Texas

The role:

As a Business Development Representative at Armis, you will play a critical role in developing a highly qualified funnel for our field sales team, in turn growing the overall revenues for the company. In a market where our buyers are incredibly educated, you will use your creativity and persistence to develop qualified leads for our sales team. Through targeted outreach and qualifying inbound marketing leads, you will help initiate product value to our future customers. In addition, you will work on various marketing and social media programs designed to build new opportunities.

What you will do…

Strategize closely with Account Executives to engage key personas within targeted accounts, set qualified prospect meetings, and build targeted pipeline within respective territory
Foster relationships through outbound engagement (emails, calls, social media, in-person events) with prospective customers utilizing a variety of marketing and sales tools (SFDC, Outreach) *Expect to make 50-100 calls per day
Collaborate with your peers within the BDR org to share best practices and success stories

Cold Calling experience
Quarterly Travel required - Internal meetings, Regional/Global events

The role:

Our BDR Manager for the Americas Enterprise team is a creative and passionate sales leader who views challenges as opportunities and has extensive experience running cold outreach campaigns to build a qualified pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for team execution and performance across inbound and outbound programs. We are looking for an experienced frontline manager to develop and manage our Americas Enterprise BDRs, ensuring each BDR team member is maximizing the qualified pipeline in their dedicated territory – and who is not afraid to step in when needed to ensure goals are met.

The BDR Manager will assist in establishing team objectives, provide BDRs with opportunities to expand their knowledge of products and prospecting strategies, and focus on improving performance and processes. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are a must, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the IT and Security space.

You will monitor & coach daily activity inputs such as calls, social outreach, and emails, and work to ensure BDR meetings are successfully handed off to Sales. Your enthusiasm and entrepreneurship will be a valuable contribution to developing our BDR strategy, increasing the size and impact of the team, and establishing a culture of high-performance execution. This role reports directly to the Director of Growth Operations and works closely with our Enterprise Sales Leadership and Account Executives, Field Marketing Team, and RevOps Team. This is a high-impact role that is critical to Armis as we expand our pipeline engine and rapidly grow ARR.

What you will do:

Remotely lead a team of Enterprise BDRs (inbound and outbound)
Promote a team-based environment which delivers best-in-class pipeline generation results
Lead, motivate and direct the activities of team members in order to achieve objectives and team performance for meetings held and pipeline generated
Coach 1:1 and in team meetings to better understand call results and develop and maintain processes, best practices and expectations
Work with the Global Growth Operations team to build, manage and track outbound campaigns
Work with the Demand Generation team to create and optimize inbound marketing campaigns
Ensure leads are qualified based on specific guidelines and criteria and properly managed in Salesforce.com
Assist management team in identifying trends and establishing goals
Develop short and long-term strategies to enhance performance, including tech stack optimization, workflow design, compensation/contests, training needs, professional development and overall quality of the program

What we expect:

Experience as a team lead or sales manager
2+ years of B2B technology sales experience in inside sales or lead generation
