We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
You will join a small team responsible for the stability, performance, and security of our server infrastructure: bare metal, VMs, databases, queues, networking, and infrastructure security. Our philosophy is simple: the team owns its systems end-to-end, and every engineer should be able to diagnose and fix issues in their area of responsibility.
This role is for someone who enjoys working with real infrastructure (OS, hardware/virtualization, networks), not just cloud abstractions.
We understand it’s impossible to be an expert in everything, but it’s important to have solid hands-on experience in two or more of the areas below:
Bonus points
Great if you’ve worked with any of the following:

At JetBrains, many teams rely on data and shared tools in their daily work – whether they are building products, improving AI solutions, running marketing campaigns, managing finances, or tracking sales. Our goal is to make these resources easy to find, understand, and use.
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our Data Office department and help us create clear, structured documentation for data, metrics, tools, and services. Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that powers tens of millions of dollars in donations every month for leading nonprofits — including UNICEF, the Alzheimer's Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. We're known for product quality, performance, and a 4.9/5 rating across top review platforms.
As we scale the core, we're deliberately investing in high-risk, high-upside product bets that could define the future of digital fundraising. That's where the Lab comes in.
The Lab is Fundraise Up's 0→1 track. It operates ahead of the roadmap, investigating opportunities driven by new technologies, AI, data, and infrastructure shifts — often before there's a clear buyer or demand signal.
The Lab does not run scaled products. It finds, validates, and hands off the ones worth scaling.
This is a player-coach role. You'll build and lead the Lab function while personally owning 1–2 of the highest-leverage bets.
Your job is to reduce uncertainty, not ship features. You'll own ideas end-to-end — from hypothesis framing through fast experiments to explicit investment decisions: scale, pivot, or kill. Most ideas should die early. A few may graduate into Core or New Products with strong evidence behind them.
Success = learning velocity, decision quality, and team leverage — not output volume or adoption.
Experience (Must-Have)
This background often comes from: founder/co-founder roles, early-stage startups, internal labs/innovation teams, or new market bets inside larger companies.
Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:

We are looking for a designer with 7+ years of experience. You must be able to generate multiple solutions, justify them, receive and digest feedback effectively. It's essential to be comfortable with the idea of redoing everything from scratch. If such a request hurts your feelings, then we might not be the right fit – we deeply refine solutions, experiment extensively, and discard many ideas along the way.
It's super important to adhere to all types of agreements.
Proficiency in English at B2 level is required.
Before or after the interview, we may ask you to complete a test assignment. If you are concerned about us "using free ideas for the project," we will compensate you for the task regardless of the outcome (please inform us before starting).
We’re building a strong team of passionate individuals. Everyone brings unique experience and is eager to share it.
There’s no complex hierarchy here — everyone is just a Zoom call away. Nearly all of our financial statistics are open internally, and we regularly share how the product, sales, and support work, where our clients and revenue come from, and what’s new and interesting across the company.

Our product development team is currently at 150+ and growing. Team members are located across Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, Georgia and Armenia. We primarily communicate in Russian.
We’re a tight-knit, high-impact team where every task matters. It’s a dynamic, collaborative environment where smart, curious engineers support one another, share knowledge, and strive for excellence. We encourage open dialogue and host bi-weekly engineering meetups to explore technical topics and showcase team insights.
We're looking for an ML Engineer with 5+ years of production experience to strengthen our ML team. We operate as an internal service and centre of excellence for 10+ product teams at Fundraise Up. This means you won't be tied to a single feature: one day you might be optimising donation amounts and upsell offers, and the next you could be building a smart assistant for the admin panel or working on transaction classification.
We actively use not only classical ML, but also RL, and we're expanding our LLM-based solutions — prompt engineering and pipeline design with LLM APIs (OpenAI and equivalents). That's why we're looking for someone with a broad mindset who isn't afraid to experiment and can choose the most effective approach for each task.
The project's main audience and business team are based in the US. Although the product development team is Russian-speaking, you may occasionally need to write in English.
Core: Python (uv, ruff), FastAPI, Pydantic, Docker
Models: CatBoost, Uplift Modeling (CausalML), OpenAI (RAG, Prompt-Engineering)

At JetBrains, we’re building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. This platform serves as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development and is deeply integrated with JetBrains tools and designed to work across teams, products, and environments.
As part of this vision, we’re building AI governance capabilities into JetBrains Console that help organizations manage, observe, and understand AI usage across their teams. Our AI analytics give company admins and decision-makers visibility into adoption, usage, cost, and the impact of AI agent development.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution for customer-facing AI analytics as part of our AI governance product. This is one of the most valuable areas of the platform – it helps organizations understand how AI is being adopted across JetBrains products and third-party AI tools, how it affects developer workflows, where friction exists, and how to make better decisions about rollout, budgets, limits, and tooling.

Software engineers and AI agents alike suffer from the same problem: finding that one person or place that will answer their tough, specific question. Many solutions promise to solve this with similarity search in vector databases. Unfortunately, finding the answer is often a puzzle with pieces to be collected across a myriad of contradictory sources and cannot be solved without surgical search and careful reasoning.
Spectrum collects data from an organization's code, docs, and issues, and organizes knowledge in a unified ontology that AI agents can efficiently search through and reason over. We aim to revolutionize the semantic layer space for software-building organizations and move beyond specs that fall out of sync with code, introducing a living spec – one that's extracted from the whole system and used to keep it aligned. Spectrum is meant to be the single source of truth for all product and architectural knowledge.
A resident of JetBrains' startup incubator, Spectrum enjoys startup speed and autonomy, and is backed by 25 years of developer tooling expertise. We are looking for a Senior ML Researcher to develop the core methods that make Spectrum possible – novel approaches to temporal ontology extraction, contradiction detection, and semantic alignment across heterogeneous software artifacts. You will help define and execute the research agenda, while also collaborating with JetBrains Research and external academic advisors.

The Python Ecosystem team builds PyCharm – one of the most popular Python IDEs in the world – along with the Python plugin for IntelliJ IDEA. As AI changes how developers write, debug, and ship code, we’re making our Python tools AI-native. We’re looking for an AI Lead to drive this effort by shaping the architecture, building key components hands-on, and guiding the team in making strong decisions around AI-powered product development.

Microsoft estimates there are 7M+ monthly active .NET developers worldwide. Our tools – Rider, ReSharper, and various profilers – reach roughly half of them. These users are experts with strong habits and strong opinions. They know exactly how they want to work – which makes them one of the hardest audiences to design for, and one of the most rewarding. Your craft really matters here.
We’re looking for a product designer to own end-to-end experiences across the .NET ecosystem. You’ll partner with engineers and product managers who treat design as a strategic input, not a final polish step, and you’ll ship work that developers use every single day.
You’ll move across products rather than specializing in one, which means holding complexity in your head and making decisions that work across contexts. You’ll also coordinate with the broader IntelliJ Platform design team – JetBrains builds IDEs across dozens of languages, and ecosystem coherence matters.
The .NET ecosystem includes:
You’ll work on whatever needs design attention, which shifts based on priorities. Recent examples include: designing an overlay system that gives ReSharper its own identity inside Visual Studio without adding clutter, integrating AI assistance into GameDev workflows where context matters enormously, and making monitoring tools feel like part of the IDE rather than separate expert software.
Expect variety and sophisticated challenges.
You’ll join a small design team (currently 3 people, including the lead) embedded in the .NET ecosystem. We’re building out our practices – prioritization frameworks, intake systems, and research processes – so you’ll shape how we work, not just what we ship.
The broader .NET organization includes product managers, engineers, QA, researchers, marketing managers, and technical writers across multiple products. Design partners with all of them. Here’s the thing: The engineers building these tools are also .NET developers – they’re your users. You’ll sit alongside the people whose workflows you’re designing for. That’s one of the rarest feedback loops in product design, and it changes how you work.
To be clear about what this role isn’t:
Send your portfolio, CV, and a brief cover letter explaining why this role interests you. We care about how you think: Your CV tells us where you’ve been, your portfolio and letter will tell us how you approach work. If you don’t check every box above but you’re excited about this opportunity, apply anyway – we’d rather meet you than miss you.

At JetBrains, we build developer tools that help engineers stay focused on solving hard problems instead of fighting routine work.
Within JetBrains AI, we are collaborating with Zed on the Agent Client Protocol (ACP), an open protocol that lets AI coding agents work inside editors and IDEs. ACP is already supported in JetBrains AI Assistant, and the project is jointly governed by JetBrains and Zed. We see ACP as a long-term investment in interoperability, developer choice, and durable AI-powered workflows across the JetBrains ecosystem. (The JetBrains Blog).
ACP evolves in the open. Real-time coordination happens in Zulip, actionable work is tracked in GitHub Issues, longer-form discussion happens in GitHub Discussions, and substantial protocol changes move through the RFD process. We need someone who can help JetBrains shape that work from the product side: define the right developer scenarios, align internal and external stakeholders, and turn ecosystem needs into clear priorities for JetBrains and for the protocol. (Agent Client Protocol).
This is not a generalist product management role. It is also not a pure protocol engineering role. It sits between developer-experience product work and protocol evolution.
This role is often a strong fit for someone who has spent several years as a software engineer – ideally on APIs, SDKs, web/backend systems, libraries, frameworks, or platform integrations – and then moved into product management or a hybrid product or engineering role.
This will be an exciting opportunity if you:

Developed by JetBrains, Kotlin is a modern programming language targeting the Java, Android, JavaScript, WASM and native (LLVM) platforms. Released in 2016, the language is rapidly gaining popularity. In 2019, it became Google's preferred language for Android development, later becoming its go-to for server-side development.
For any programming language, including Kotlin, a build system is a vital tool. We aim to make the process of working with Kotlin-supporting build systems within IntelliJ IDEA smooth and easy. Our job is to ensure that Kotlin projects in the build system are reflected accurately in the IntelliJ IDEA model and that this transition (import) is fast and reliable.
We support various build systems such as Gradle, Maven, and IntelliJ IDEA’s built-in JPS. In the future, we may add more to this list. We are currently looking for an experienced Software Developer with general software engineering skills to join the team and be part of this effort. Most of our codebase is written in Kotlin and Java 11 and managed in Git repositories, some of which are open on GitHub.

At JetBrains, we’re building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. This platform will serve as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development, deeply integrated with developer tools but designed to work across teams, products, and environments. This is a long-term strategic investment for JetBrains and a key pillar of our vision for the future of software development.
We are looking for a Software Architect (Product Architecture) to drive architecture within a specific product area.
This role focuses on owning end-to-end architecture for a product domain: making sure product requirements translate into a coherent technical design, that the domain evolves sustainably, and that the product aligns with platform capabilities and constraints. You’ll be the architectural “center of gravity” for a domain, partnering closely with engineers and product stakeholders while collaborating with platform architects on shared foundations and integration contracts.
As this is a new platform, many standards and processes are still works in progress – you will help define them from the perspective of real product needs and delivery constraints.
