As a Clinical Research Assistant, PRN (Registered Nurse), you’ll play a key role in delivering life-changing research opportunities to participants but with the flexibility to work when and where it fits your life.
How You'll Make An Impact
In this event-based role, you’ll:
- Support participant care and event operations, including phlebotomy, specimen handling, and documentation (paper or electronic).
- Help set up and manage clinical research events to ensure they run smoothly, safely, and compliantly.
- Be part of a mobile, mission-driven team advancing the future of healthcare access.
This is not your traditional part-time job. It is flexible, purpose-driven work that fits your schedule. You’ll opt into local events through our scheduling system and log actual hours worked after each one. Whether you want to pick up one event a month or several a week, you’ll be helping make clinical research more accessible for everyone.
- Clinical & Participant Care: Perform venipuncture and capillary collections (as applicable) while maintaining aseptic technique and participant comfort. Handle and prepare biospecimens with care — labeling, processing, packaging, and transferring or shipping under proper chain-of-custody and temperature controls. Communicate clearly and promptly escalate any safety or quality concerns to onsite leadership.
- Study Operations & Data Management: Accurately document all procedures and results in approved systems (e-source, logs, etc.) according to ALCOA-C++ and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, HIPAA). Follow established SOPs to help keep each event audit-ready and compliant.
- Participant Experience & Event Operations: Welcome participants and help guide them through event flow. Set up and break down event stations, prepare kits and supplies, and maintain a safe, organized, and professional workspace that reflects Care Access’ high standards.
- Site & Administrative Support: Assist with light administrative and inventory tasks that keep the event running smoothly, from restocking supplies to supporting team coordination.
The Expertise Required
- Clinical Expertise: Proficiency in venipuncture and specimen handling best practices, with strong attention to labeling, documentation, and chain-of-custody integrity.
- Participant Care: Clear, compassionate communication skills and professionalism when engaging with participants and community partners.
- Tech Readiness: Comfort using mobile apps and e-source tools for real-time logging and documentation.
- Dependability & Adaptability: Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented — able to thrive in dynamic event environments and work independently under event-day guidance.
- Mission Mindset (optional addition): Motivated by bringing clinical research to local communities and expanding access to the future of medicine.
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year performing phlebotomy and specimen handling activities.
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Active and unrestricted State Board of Nursing license in good standing

Role Summary:
Exiger is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Cleared) to build and scale a highly strategic, federally aligned supply chain resilience initiative. This individual will operate across both front-end and back-end systems, delivering end-to-end functionality within a live control-tower environment. You will be responsible for connecting data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces into a cohesive platform that enables real-time decision-making for operators, analysts, and senior stakeholders. What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain full stack applications that power the control-tower environment

Job Overview
The Senior Electrical Engineer position plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems, components, and leading larger projects. As a Senior Level position, ownership of larger projects and leadership of teams will be expected. This key player will combine technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to design, implement, and maintain electrical systems such as vehicle avionics, battery and power subsystems, radio communication systems, navigation, and computer vision systems, etc.
Essential Functions
- Design, develop and test electrical systems and equipment for military, industrial, commercial, and consumer use related to Unmanned Systems (UAVs, UGVs, USVs) of various types.
- Oversee the selection of components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability and determines design approaches and parameters.
- Collaborate with avionics, embedded systems (microcontrollers, FPGAs, Single Board Computers etc…), and Radio Frequency (RF) links. Supports Flight Test operations, as needed.
- Develop and maintain electrical control systems, including wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Lead design reviews, integration events, and flight test readiness activities
- Analyze and interpret technical data, such as specifications, blueprints, and schematics, to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Familiarity with military standards related to reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with and lead teams of other engineers, technicians, and clients to identify and resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Plan and oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide technical support to production staff as needed.
- Lead internal R&D efforts, and aid in the transition of these efforts into production
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Lead rapid prototyping, system bring-up, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing

The Electrical Engineer 2 will support designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components across multiple R&D efforts and production lines. Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with Autopilot systems, ground control stations, or flight simulation software is highly desirable
- Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. SPI, I2C, UART, CAN)
- Proficient in software development of microcontroller level embedded systems
- Strong understanding of GPS, Inertial Navigation, Sensor fusion from a software architecture real-time processing perspective
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with extensive hands-on experience in software development
- Knowledge of software development using Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field required, MS preferred.
Experience
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Prior experience developing Autopilot systems, ground control stations, or flight simulation software is highly desirable
- Prior experience with FPGA development is desired
