The Role:

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our engineering and delivery operations in Ahmedabad. This individual will oversee a growing team of 25–30+ engineers across multiple technical domains and will be accountable for ensuring the successful, high-quality delivery of projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate is a technology delivery leader with strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating across time zones, and driving process excellence within a consulting or client-services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Leadership – Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope alignment.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, with 3+ years in a senior leadership or engineering management role.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with at least 5+ years of experience in the software industry, international projects and a minimum of 3+ years of working in a DevOps environment.  

You will be working as part of a cross-functional team that takes responsibility for their applications throughout the full lifecycle. The team is currently working with a focus on design and development and will expand its focus to operational and automation aspects. • Gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Defining acceptance criteria and supporting sprint reviews.
