The opportunity

If you enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insights, have a keen eye for detail and love solving problems, you'll thrive in this role. You'll play a key part in ensuring our finance data, reporting and testing activities are delivered with confidence as we move towards go-live.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with Finance Process Owners, Workday consultants and project teams to:

• Validate and reconcile finance data across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and fund accounting.

• Investigate and resolve data issues, ensuring accuracy throughout the migration process.

• Test and validate reporting outputs, identifying gaps and inconsistencies.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test data and assisting finance users through testing cycles.

• Document finance processes, data definitions and workshop outcomes.

• Help bridge the gap between finance, technology and the broader project team.

About you

You'll bring experience working with finance systems and data, ideally within a Workday Finance environment. You're naturally curious, analytical and enjoy getting into the detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

You'll likely have:

• Experience with Workday Finance in corporate or fund accounting environments.

• Strong knowledge of finance data structures and reconciliation processes.

• Experience supporting system implementations or transformation projects.

• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Accounting Centre, ERP testing or wealth management will be highly regarded.
