Soho Houseのウェイター／ウェイトレスとして、メンバーの皆様に常に素晴らしい体験を提供することがあなたの役割です。

主な責任は、メンバーに心地よく記憶に残る時間を過ごしていただくことです。
ご来店時のご案内から、オーダーテイク、メニューのご提案、お会計まで、Soho Houseのサービス基準に沿って一貫したサービスを提供していただきます。

主な業務内容（Main Duties）

• ご着席時にメンバーをお迎えし、メニューのご案内を行う

• ご案内前にテーブルセッティングを整え、お水やドリンクを提供（滞在中は適宜補充）

• オーダーを正確に伺い、キッチンへ連携する

• 料理内容を確認し、正しいテーブルへ提供する

• ワインやシャンパンの開栓・サーブを適切に行い、グラスの状態にも気を配る

• 担当セクションにおけるサービス提供および管理を行う

• アレルギーや食事制限の有無を確認する

• メニュー内容を深く理解し、ペアリングやご提案を行う

• メンバーと積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、満足度を確認する

• メンバーの好みやご要望を把握・記録し、パーソナライズされたサービスを提供する

• オープニング・クロージング業務（準備・片付け）を行う

• 常に清潔で整った作業環境を維持する

• お会計対応（カード決済、SH App・House Payの利用）を行う

• FOH・BOHチームのミーティングやテイスティングに参加し、メニュー変更やスペシャルを理解する

• 必要に応じて料理やドリンクの提供をサポートする

• テーブルのリセットおよび店内の整備を行う

• クレーム対応または適切なエスカレーションを行う

• 安全・セキュリティ・満足度・従業員およびメンバーのウェルビーイングに配慮する

• VIPやPWKのお客様に対し、プライバシーと機密性を厳守した対応を行う

応募資格（Experience Required）

Soho Houseのウェイター／ウェイトレスとして理想的な方は、
1〜2年程度の接客経験、飲食またはホスピタリティ業界での経験をお持ちで、
一流のサービスを提供することに情熱を持っている方です。

Job Role

As a Waiter/Waitress with Soho House, your role is to ensure that our members have an amazing experience every time.
With your natural hospitality and charm, we provide a platform for you to connect, grow, have fun, and make an impact.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
You will deliver excellent service from the initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations, and processing payments, all in line with our steps of service.

Main Duties

• Greet members as they are seated and introduce them to the menu

• Ensure tables are fully set before seating members and offer water or drinks, topping up throughout their stay

• Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen team

• Confirm food items, match orders, and deliver them to the correct table

• Open and serve wine or champagne correctly, ensuring glasses are topped up

• Take responsibility for service within your designated section

• Check for any allergies or dietary requirements

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu to provide recommendations and pairings

• Engage with members, check satisfaction, and respond to any additional needs

• Remember and log member preferences, accommodating special requests where possible to create memorable experiences

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of stations

• Maintain a clean, spotless, and organized working environment

• Present the bill and process payments via card, SH App, or House Pay

• Attend regular team meetings and daily tastings to stay updated on menu changes and specials

• Support running food and drinks when needed

• Reset tables and maintain the restaurant and club space

• Handle or escalate member complaints with professionalism and care

• Ensure safety, security, and wellbeing of both members and team

• Handle VIP and PWK members with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

Experience Required

A successful Waiter/Waitress at Soho House will ideally have around 1–2 years of customer service experience, including experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry, along with a natural flair for delivering first-class service.
