This fast-paced role entails sales- and marketing-focused systems engineering with a focus on the company’s CRM (Salesforce) and business/process automation for the largest real estate development in East Africa.
CRM & Business Automation
- Lead the development and implementation strategy for the Rendeavour CRM.
- Integrate marketing campaigns into the CRM.
- Analyze buyer behavior from Rendeavour digital platforms.
- Implement new CRM software relevant to Rendeavour’s business.
- Maintain CRM databases.
- Overall lead improvement of business efficiency through software engineering.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with clear, measurable objectives.
- Send a digital marketing report comprising an analysis of the activities and spending by Friday morning.
- Update the website with news, events, images and other relevant content weekly.
- Planned, executed, and measured experiments and conversion tests on all Tatu City digital platforms.
- Identify digital trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Use Mailchimp and CRM software to distribute the newsletters monthly.
- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and reduce bounce rate.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Administrator certifications.
- Proficiency in Web or App development.
- Digital marketing experience.
- At least 3 years working in the Salesforce ecosystem.
