About this Technical Team Leader - Budapest role at transcosmos (TCIS)
Are you an experienced Technical Support professional with a passion for leading people? We're looking for a Technical Team Leader to inspire, coach, and develop a team of technical specialists while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our customers.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Technical Support professionals
- Drive team performance through regular coaching and feedback
- Deliver technical training and share best practices
- Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Technical details
- Location: Budapest, Váci út 1-3., DBH Flex, B building 3rd floor, 1062 (Hungary)
- Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
- Employment type: Full time, 40 hours/week
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) field and in team management
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to motivate others
