As a Student Technical Support Analyst, you'll support English-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while building valuable customer service and technical troubleshooting experience alongside your studies.

What you'll do

• Provide customer support in English via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with questions related to mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart devices.
• Guide users through product features and functionalities.
• Escalate more complex technical issues when necessary.
• Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Active student status at a university or college.
• Fluent English (C1) communication skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in technology and smart devices.
• Availability to work part-time alongside studies.
• Ability to work on-site in Debrecen.
• Valid Hungarian work permit if applicable.
