As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll assist French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while working in a modern international environment in Budapest.

📍Office Address: 1062 Budapest, Váci út 1-3., Westend Offices, B. tower 
🕘 Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
🏢 Work model: Full on-site

What you'll do

• Provide customer support in French and English via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart devices.
• Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
• Escalate complex technical cases when needed.
• Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Fluent French (C1) and confident English (B2) communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Interest in technology and problem-solving.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Budapest.
• Valid Hungarian work permit if applicable.
