At LOOP, performance on track and performance in social go hand in hand. We’re looking for a Social Media & Editorial Manager to support the full spectrum of social for a global motorsport brand — combining sharp creative execution with rigorous data analysis to drive impact at speed. 

In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of storytelling and performance, shaping content, guiding strategy, and translating data into clear narratives. From race-day publishing to high-level reporting, you’ll ensure every action is intentional, measurable, and optimized for results. 

Requirements

  • Hold Editorial Oversight: Own the end-to-end editorial flow across channels, ensuring content quality, consistency, timing, and alignment with broader campaign and business objectives.
  • Act as the connective layer between strategy, creative, editorial, and performance — ensuring social campaigns are executed cohesively, strategically, and with measurable impact.
  • Bridge Creative and Performance: Connect creative storytelling with measurable outcomes by translating performance insights into actionable creative output and channel optimization.
  • Think strategically: Bring a sharp lens to every project, ensuring creative choices align with brand and business goals, while steering channel strategies to maximize impact across touchpoints.
  • Drive End-to-End Social Execution: Lead planning, publishing, and optimization of organic and paid social campaigns aligned with race calendars and campaign objectives.
  • Lead Client-Facing Narratives: Present insights and results with clarity and confidence, turning data into compelling stories that support decision-making.
  • Coordinate Content and Editorial Flow: Oversee scheduling, QA, and alignment of content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and timing precision.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that balance cultural relevance with measurable impact.
  • Build and Optimize Reporting Frameworks: Create dashboards, templates, and processes that ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient performance tracking.
  • Own Performance Reporting: Develop weekly, monthly, and campaign reports that clearly communicate results, trends, and strategic opportunities.
  • Connect Insights to Execution: Turn performance data, audience behavior, and platform trends into actionable recommendations to shape future content approaches, channel strategies, and campaign optimization.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
