We’re looking for a Digital Brand Manager who thrives on strategic planning, structure, collaboration and ownership — someone who can confidently manage projects across a diverse board of creative executions, while understanding how premium brands show up and perform across today’s fast-moving digital landscape. 

In this role, you’ll act as main point of contact and owner of multiple project workstreams and digital campaign executions, reporting into the Account Lead and ensuring projects move smoothly from briefing to delivery. You’ll bring strong project management skills alongside a sharp understanding of digital and social media platforms, trends and content performance, helping ensure every campaign is both operationally strong and creatively excellent. 

Requirements

  • Drive End-to-End Projects: Manage multiple digital content projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals to ensure smooth execution from brief to final delivery.  
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Team Members: Work closely with creatives, social media managers, motion designers, AI content designers, production teams and external stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and keep projects moving efficiently.  
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Build clear project plans, status updates, and reporting structures that provide visibility and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.  
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Dissect briefings and define strategic priorities, review outputs against brand guidelines, campaign objectives and market needs, ensuring all work meets quality standards and supports long-term brand growth.  
  • Drive Digital Brand Strategy: Help develop and implement digital brand initiatives that strengthen positioning, increase visibility, and support long-term business objectives across global markets. 
  • Consult Clients and Foster Relationships: Act as a senior main touchpoint and reliable partner for our clients, feeling confident presenting decks, organising workshops or managing regular check-ins to make sure we build a strong long-term relationship on eye-level.  
  • Navigate Digital Platforms & Trends: Apply a holistic understanding of social media channels, platform best practices, content formats, and digital behaviours—translating emerging trends (e.g. TikTok formats, retail media, AI-driven content) into relevant, high-performing brand opportunities.  
  • Hands-On & Fluency: Thrive in a solution-oriented agency environment, with fluent German and English.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
