We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can operate at a high strategic level while staying deeply hands-on in execution, shaping work that performs across platforms and cultures.

You’ll be the bridge between client ambition and day-to-day social reality, bringing strong ideas, sharp judgement, and excellent platform knowledge. With a particular strength in TikTok and fast-moving content ecosystems, you’ll help brands stay culturally present while guiding teams and clients with confidence.

Requirements

• Lead Client Relationships: Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, translating business goals into clear, actionable social media direction with confidence and clarity.
• Own Social Strategy: Drive platform-first thinking with a strong focus on TikTok, shaping content approaches rooted in trends, formats, creator culture, and audience behaviour.
• Develop Culturally Relevant Ideas: Create and champion social concepts that cut through on TikTok and beyond, ensuring content feels native, timely, and engaging.
• Steer End-to-End Delivery: Manage social projects from briefing to publishing, overseeing timelines, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution.
• Support and Guide Teams: Write strong briefs, mentor team members, and provide hands-on support to elevate daily output across social and content production.
• Track Trends and Platform Shifts: Stay ahead of TikTok and wider social media developments, proactively translating insights into opportunities for brands.
• Balance Strategy and Hands-On Work: Combine senior-level oversight with active participation in day-to-day execution, ensuring ideas are properly realized in live content.
• Drive Content Production: Oversee and contribute to shoots, edits, and publishing workflows, bridging strategy with hands-on execution
• Located in Austria, with deep familiarity with the Austrian market, culture, and business practices.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 50,000.
