About this Senior People Operations Partner (French Speaking) - 6-Month CDD (all genders) role at Shiftmove
Across Europe, fleets are under enormous pressure. Fuel costs are rising. Regulatory requirements are tightening. The shift to low-emission vehicles is accelerating. And yet around 70% of European businesses still manage their fleets manually, with spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and processes that were never built for this moment.
Shiftmove exists to make this simple. We are a profitable B2B SaaS company and the fastest-growing fleet management platform in Europe, born from the merger of Avrios and Vimcar, and now serving tens of thousands of corporate customers across Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, and beyond. Most recently, we acquired Optimum and Ocean in France, expanding our footprint and doubling down on one of Europe's largest fleet markets. Our AI-powered platform connects real-time vehicle data with intelligent software so that businesses can procure smarter, control costs, stay compliant, and lead the transition to cleaner mobility, all from one place.
About The Role
Covering for an upcoming maternity leave in our people operations team, you will join us as Senior People Operations in France. - Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing operational guidance with empathy, structure, and clarity.
- Maintain high-quality HR data and documentation to support audits, reporting, and confident decision-making.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, IT, and HRBPs to deliver a consistent and efficient employee experience.

- You have strong knowledge of French labour law and feel confident applying it to real business situations
- You are highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, someone who improves processes rather than just maintaining the status quo
- You enjoy working with modern HRIS systems and bringing clarity and accuracy to HR data.

- You’re fluent in French and English, and comfortable working in an international environment.
