About The Role
We're looking for someone to own this content engine: not just to produce content, but to shape what we talk about, how we show up, and how content fuels growth across the business. You'll work closely with Product Marketing on positioning and launches, partner with Demand Gen on campaigns, and have direct ownership of content's contribution to our pipeline. We have a strong foundation—you'll take ownership, raise the bar, and scale what works.
What You Will Own
- Funnel Content Strategy: Drive content strategy and SEO / AI-optimized production across the funnel, including blog posts, landing pages, whitepapers, and videos.
- Editorial Calendar: Manage Shiftmove's content planning calendar and editorial direction.
- Organic Performance: Oversee organic content performance, keyword strategy, and stay ahead of how AI search is transforming digital visibility.
- Scalable Content Operations: Build content operations that scale across new product rollouts, post-acquisition brand integration, and GTM campaigns.
- GTM Enablement: Create content that GTM teams can use to articulate product value, such as one-pagers, product narratives, and campaign summaries.
- Lead Optimization: Drive lead-optimization for our blog/Boxenstopp, alongside writing articles and executing SEO-related topics.
Who You’ll Work With
- Product Marketing: Partner on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market launches.
- Demand Gen and Brand: Collaborate to ensure content drives actual performance, not just traffic.
- Growth and Web Teams: Optimize content to maximize conversions and fuel the pipeline.
- Sales, RevOps, and Product: Deliver content that supports product launches, sales enablement, and GTM campaigns.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- B2B SaaS Experience: A proven track record in content marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Systems Thinking: You think in systems—editorial calendars, content ops, scalable workflows—rather than just individual pieces.
- AI Tool Fluency: Comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to draft, repurpose, and scale content efficiently.
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience working with HubSpot and Webflow.
- Languages: Fluent/Native-level German (C2) and excellent English; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
