About the Opportunity

As the HRBP Expert/Senior HR Manager for our Global Commercial Center, you will translate business objectives into impactful people strategies. You will be instrumental in enhancing organizational effectiveness, leading through transformational organizational changes, and developing the next generation of leaders, all within a dynamic, international context that values your strategic insight.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to functional senior leaders, developing and implementing people plans that directly enable business goals and drive organizational health.
  • Build deep business acumen to diagnose needs and co-create solutions with leaders, acting as a strategic conduit between the business and HR Infra team.
Talent & Leadership Development
  • Partner with senior leaders on the full spectrum of talent management: from performance enablement and succession planning to organizational design and team effectiveness.
  • Lead and facilitate talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a robust and diverse leadership pipeline.
Data-Informed Organizational Excellence
  • Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and prescribe strategies that elevate team performance, engagement, and productivity.
  • Champion change management initiatives to support evolving business structures and leadership, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Initiative
  • Partner closely with HRBP peers and cross-function HR (TA, Total Rewards, HR Infra) to align on shared priorities and deliver joined-up solutions for the client group.
  • Identify opportunities that span beyond a single team and drive cross-functional initiatives end to end, mobilizing the right partners to deliver outcomes that benefit the wider client group.
  • Share insights, playbooks, and best practices across the HRBP community to raise the collective standard and avoid duplicated effort.
Global HR Leadership & Influence
  • Strengthen the HRBP function by modeling best practices and elevating HR’s role as a trusted, value-added partner across the organization.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and partner on the design and implementation of scalable, global HR programs and processes.
 

What We Look For In You

  • A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including Business Partnering and experience working with C-suite leaders.
  • Experience supporting crypto, fintech, or financial-institution businesses, with familiarity with the talent, regulatory, and cultural dynamics of a highly regulated, fast-evolving industry.
  • Proven experience as a strategic HR leader for global, cross-cultural teams, with comfort navigating time zones, cultural nuances, and occasional international travel.
  • A demonstrated track record of partnering with senior leaders on complex issues including performance management, talent strategy, and organizational change.
  • A powerful blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution - you can design the strategy and also roll up your sleeves to implement it.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • A forward-thinking adopter of AI tools, with a demonstrated ability to apply them to elevate HR workflows, sharpen people analytics, and help leaders prepare their teams for an AI-enabled future.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to tell a story and drive decision-making.

  • The salary range for this position is $171,000 - $300,000
  • The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
