The Role & Work Timings
As a Sales Manager, you will take complete ownership of a team of Inside Sales Specialists targeting the US region. You will be responsible for driving daily operational excellence, running sales coaching pipelines, and ensuring your team hits aggressive revenue and conversion goals.
🕒 Shift & Weekly Off Details:
Work Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (US Market alignment)
Weekly Off: Monday (Your team works through the weekend to catch parents when they are most available to speak).
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 8–12 Inside Sales Specialists. Run daily huddles, conduct mock calls, and review recordings to improve pitches and objection handling.
Drive Revenue: Own the monthly, weekly, and daily enrollment and revenue targets for your assigned team. Ensure high lead-to-conversion rates and optimize sales funnels.
Performance Monitoring: Review sales CRM data, dialer metrics, and call logs to identify bottlenecks in the pipeline. Implement corrective action plans for underperforming reps.
Demo and Trial Optimization: Ensure the team effectively schedules and closes deals post-trial classes, bridging the gap between our international teachers and parents.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing to refine lead routing, trial strategies, and target-setting frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of overall sales experience, with a mandatory background in EdTech international/inside sales (e.g., selling online courses/classes to parents).
Team Handling (Mandatory): Minimum 1 year of experience directly managing and driving targets for a team of sales executives.
Communication: Flawless English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a deep understanding of international parent demographics (primarily US).
Work Schedule: 100% readiness to work the 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST shift and take Mondays off.
Analytical Skills: Strong comfort with CRM platforms (HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.) and Google Sheets to extract reports and monitor sales activity.
