About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
Our client is a U.S.-based engineering and tax consulting firm that helps commercial property owners, real estate investors, and rental property owners reduce federal tax liabilities through cost segregation studies.
This is not a closing role.
You’ll be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, gathering key information, and scheduling meetings for senior consultants. Success in this role comes from building trust quickly, maintaining high outbound activity, and consistently generating qualified appointments.

What You’ll Own
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to commercial property owners and real estate investors.
- Introduce the company’s tax consulting services using a structured sales script.
- Research prospects and personalize conversations where appropriate.
- Generate interest and identify qualified opportunities.
- Maintain consistent outbound activity to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Lead Qualification
- Ask discovery questions to determine prospect fit.
- Gather accurate qualification information.
- Educate prospects on cost segregation studies at a high level.
- Identify decision-makers and buying intent.
- Ensure prospects meet qualification criteria before handoff.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule qualified meetings for senior consultants.
- Coordinate appointment times with prospects.
- Confirm meeting details and follow up when necessary.
- Ensure all required information is collected before handoff.
CRM & Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Log calls, notes, follow-ups, and appointment details.
- Keep pipeline information organized and up to date.
- Ensure data accuracy throughout the sales process.
Customer Experience
- Represent the company professionally during every interaction.
- Build rapport with business owners and investors.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Create a positive first impression that reflects the company’s reputation.
