About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale their outbound sales function.
This is not a lead-following role.
You’ll be responsible for building your own prospect lists, executing multi-channel outbound campaigns, booking qualified meetings, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Success in this role comes from proactively creating opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach—not waiting for inbound leads.

What You’ll Own
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through:
- Cold calls
- Cold emails
- LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies.
- Build and maintain your own prospecting lists using sales tools and research.
- Generate qualified opportunities for the closing team.
- Maintain consistent daily outreach activity across multiple channels.
Appointment Setting & Pipeline Development
- Book qualified meetings with prospective clients.
- Qualify prospects using established criteria before scheduling appointments.
- Improve meeting attendance through effective follow-up and communication.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.
Objection Handling & Sales Execution
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Navigate gatekeepers and decision-makers effectively.
- Build rapport and communicate value quickly.
- Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Test new approaches to increase conversion rates.
CRM & Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
- Log call notes, outreach activities, and follow-up tasks.
- Track opportunity stages and sales activity.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.
Reporting & Performance
- Report daily and weekly outreach activity.
- Track meetings booked and pipeline performance.
- Monitor key sales metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Take ownership of personal performance and quota attainment.
