The opportunity
We're hiring a Product Designer to join our Design System team
Great design systems aren't about components.
They're about helping hundreds of people build better products. Faster.
We're looking for a Product Designer to help evolve and scale the Netwealth Design System.
This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering and product. You'll help create the foundations that power every digital experience across the platform, from components and patterns through to accessibility, consistency and future AI-assisted ways of working.
What you'll be doing
Designing reusable components and patterns, partnering with the rest of the design team
Collaborating with engineers to ensure design and code stay aligned
Improving the quality, consistency and accessibility of our platform
Supporting feature teams with adoption and implementation of the design system
Contributing to guidelines, tooling and processes that enable teams to move faster
Helping us evolve how design systems work in an increasingly AI-enabled world
You'll probably be a good fit if you
Have 2–5 years experience designing digital products
Enjoy thinking systematically, not just screen-by-screen
Have experience working with design systems and component libraries
Care about detail, consistency and craft
Love collaborating with both designers and engineers
Want to develop deep expertise in scalable product design
Why join?
The Design System team is the foundation that enables every other product team to deliver faster and more consistently. You'll have a direct impact across the entire product ecosystem, work alongside passionate designers and engineers, and help shape the next generation of our design platform.
If you get excited by turning chaos into systems and creating building blocks that others love to use, we'd love to hear from you.
