Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 annually (base salary) + performance-based bonus potential

Our established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Peoria is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a strong career growth pathway—including the potential to advance to Clinic Director within 1–2 years. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other evidence-based interventions
- Supervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Manage a daily caseload averaging 13 patients
- Provide patient and caregiver education on treatment plans and home programs
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Accurately complete all EMR documentation
- Collaborate with referring providers and participate in case reviews
- Maintain compliance with Arizona PT licensure requirements and CEUs
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
- Experience managing an outpatient orthopedic caseload
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Manual therapy and/or dry needling experience preferred but not required
