Part-Time Pickleball Coach (Youth Sports Instructor)

TGA Premier Sports is hiring Pickleball Coaches / Instructors to lead fun after-school sports classes for children across Wake Forest, Raleigh, and the Triangle area.

Our programs bring pickleball instruction directly to elementary schools, where kids learn the game in a fun, active, and supportive environment.

Most classes take place after school between 2:30–5:30 PM, making this an ideal part-time job for people with flexible schedules.

You do not need prior coaching experience — we provide full training, curriculum, and equipment.

What You'll Do

As a Pickleball Instructor / Youth Sports Coach, you will:

Lead fun, beginner pickleball classes for kids ages 5–14
Teach basic pickleball skills, rules, and sportsmanship
Create a positive and energetic learning environment
Manage small groups of children during after-school programs
Set up and pack up sports equipment
Communicate with program coordinators about classes

Our programs focus on building confidence, coordination, and a love of sports.

Pickleball

Schedule

Typical class times are in the window of 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM.

Most coaches work 2–5 days per week, with short shifts (1–3 hours).

About Super Soccer Stars

For over 20 years, Soccer Stars has been the premier youth educational soccer program throughout the country. Across 16+ states, we use the soccer ball as a vehicle to help children not only improve their soccer skills, but develop self-confidence and physical literacy, improve gross motor skills, and hone socialization skills.
