About this Preschool Soccer Coach role at Super Soccer Stars

What We're Looking For
- Experience working with young children in a sports, coaching, education, childcare, daycare, preschool, or camp setting.
- A passion for teaching and helping children build confidence through movement and play.
- An energetic, patient, and positive personality with the ability to engage toddlers and preschool-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work at least two weekdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
- Reliable transportation to travel between program locations.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to pass a background check.
What You'll Do
- Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate multi-sport classes for children 18 months to 6 years old.
- Introduce young athletes to a variety of sports while developing coordination, balance, listening skills, teamwork, and confidence.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment using praise and positive reinforcement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every child throughout each class.
- Follow the Super Soccer Stars curriculum while bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and energy to every session.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, teachers, and school staff while representing Super Soccer Stars with professionalism.
Requirements
- Passion for working with young children (18 months–6 years old) and making a positive impact through sports and movement.
- Available to work 5 – 10 hours per week.
- Flexible availability to coach part-time between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, at least two weekdays per week.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to travel between program locations.
- Must be able to pass a Department of Children and Families (DCF) background screening.
- Willing and able to travel up to 30 minutes from home to assigned schools each workday.
