What You'll Do
- Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes for elementary-aged children.
- Additional coaching opportunities are available in our preschool programs for those seeking more hours.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and respect.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment using positive reinforcement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every participant throughout each class.
- Follow Super Soccer Stars curriculum while bringing your own enthusiasm and personality to every session.
- Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and school staff while representing the Super Soccer Stars brand with professionalism.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children in a sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp setting.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports.
- An energetic, positive personality with the ability to engage and motivate children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work at least three weekdays from 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
- Additional morning coaching opportunities are available.
- Reliable transportation to travel between program locations.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
