The Work:

As an Onsite Project Manager, you will take charge of leading complex technical initiatives, particularly those supporting highly available national security systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing biographic matching and identity resolution projects, as well as conducting vetting analysis to ensure the integrity and reliability of critical operations. You will be expected to report onsite in Colorado Springs, CO three days a week, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise with tools such as GitLab and Mattermost to facilitate release planning, manage project communications, and engage stakeholders effectively. Your ability to staff, motivate, and high-performance development teams will be essential as you navigate the challenges of managing people and resources in a dynamic environment. Experience in special operations intelligence disciplines, particularly with USSOCOM or JSOTF, as well as familiarity with defense acquisition program management, will further enhance your ability to deliver results in this demanding setting. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of producing professional documentation will be key to ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Here’s What You Need:

  • 15 years of experience managing people and complex technical projects, including work on highly available, national security systems
  • Domain knowledge in biographic matching/identity resolution, vetting analysis
  • Hands-on, working knowledge of GitLab and Mattermost, particularly in support of release planning, release management, project and team communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to staff, manage, motivate and retain high-performance development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to produce high-quality, professional documentation.
  • Ability to report onsite 3x a week in Colorado Springs, CO (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
