This role sits inside the Manila-based marketing and communications team, reporting into the Director of Marketing and Communications in Sydney. The focus is production – you're building the assets that carry campaigns across three brands, not running the campaigns yourself. Earned media and pitching sit with Sydney. Your job is turning briefs into finished collateral, fast and to a standard that doesn't need redoing.
You'll work alongside our Motion Designer and Communications Officer as part of the Manila content team, feeding into the broader content pipeline that supports Freelancer, Escrow.com and Loadshift.
What You'll Do
Content & Collateral Production
- Produce marketing collateral across formats – landing page copy, one-pagers, email campaigns, social tiles, presentation decks
- Turn creative briefs into finished assets, working to brand guidelines across Freelancer (direct, no-BS, motivational), Escrow.com (premium, confident, trust-focused) and Loadshift (grounded, Australian, industry-respectful)
- Support campaign rollouts by producing the full suite of supporting assets – web copy, social graphics, video, one-pagers – from a single brief
- Work within the content production pipeline (including our internal content engine) to keep output moving at volume without sacrificing quality
Video & Visual Content
- Edit interview footage, screen recordings and raw clips into polished short-form video for social and marketing use
- Cut long-form content into platform-native formats – reels, shorts, bite-sized clips
- Produce case study videos and explainer content from brief through to final delivery
- Work directly with the Motion Designer on integrated assets combining video, graphics and animation
- Basic shooting ability a plus – framing and recording a clean talking-head interview or product walkthrough when needed
Social Media
- Produce social copy and graphics across the four content pillars (Celebrate, Educate, Commentate, Captivate) for all three brands
- Build out scheduled content calendars in coordination with Sydney
- Adapt finished assets to platform-specific formats and specs
Supporting Earned Media & Research (secondary)
- Assist with formatting and light drafting of press materials when Sydney needs production support
- Help compile media monitoring reports
- Flag potential case study material surfaced through internal data or user interviews, for Sydney to develop
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in a marketing, content production, design or communications role
- Proficiency with video editing software – Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong written English – clean, direct copy that works across a landing page, a social caption and a video script
- Ability to take a brief and produce finished, on-brand collateral without heavy back-and-forth
- Comfortable working across three distinct brand voices in the same day
- Organised and self-directed – able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines with a remote manager
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite beyond Premiere (Photoshop, After Effects)
- Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools
- Basic graphic design ability – can produce a clean social tile or simple infographic when the designer is at capacity
- Understanding of freelancing, fintech, logistics or marketplace business models
- Photography or videography experience
