Annual Salary: $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote counseling role gives licensed providers the opportunity to work directly with clients in a virtual therapy setting. You will provide structured therapy sessions, complete assessments, develop care plans, and support clients as they work through mental health symptoms and personal challenges.

The position is designed for an LMHC who values clear clinical processes, strong documentation, and consistent client care. You will help clients make sense of what they are experiencing and support them with practical strategies they can use between sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients
• Complete clinical intakes and ongoing assessments
• Develop treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns
• Help clients build coping strategies and improve emotional regulation
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA standards
• Identify safety concerns and follow proper clinical protocols
• Maintain compliance with Florida LMHC standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active LMHC license in Florida
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, private practice, or telehealth setting
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Comfortable working with clients through video-based care
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
