Responsibilities

• Lead and support the physical therapy team in daily clinic operations
• Provide direct patient care and assist with treatment planning
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and patient care standards are maintained
• Mentor team members and promote a positive work environment
• Assist with scheduling flow, patient experience, and clinical performance
• Collaborate with leadership to improve clinic efficiency and outcomes

Requirements

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree required
• At least 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Clinical Director or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
• Ability to support both patient care and clinic operations

Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Salary: $88,000 to $95,000 annually, negotiable based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable, up to $10,000
• Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus equal to 5% of annual salary, paid as 1.25% per quarter
