Position: Physical Therapist
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule available

We are seeking a Physical Therapist in Delray Beach, FL to provide outpatient orthopedic care in a single clinic location. This position focuses on helping patients recover from pain, weakness, surgery, injury, stiffness, and movement restrictions.

The Physical Therapist will lead evaluations, plan treatment, and help patients understand each step of their recovery. This is a strong fit for a PT who wants a steady outpatient role with clear expectations, supportive scheduling options, and full benefits.

Schedule Options:

• 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop treatment plans for orthopedic and post-surgical patients
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, and patient education
• Measure patient progress and update goals as needed
• Teach home exercises and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate with PTAs and staff regarding patient care plans

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
