Acquire, develop and grow strategic key accounts to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term partnerships while ensuring high customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new key accounts, including real estate developers and brokerage firms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, sales directors, marketing leaders, and other key
  • stakeholders within the real estate sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations, proposal development,
  • negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand client challenges and recommend tailored PropTech solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Develop strategic account acquisition plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years acquiring & managing key accounts.

Knowledge:

  • Key Account Management
  • Strategic selling
  • Contract negotiation
  • Sales forecasting
  • CRM systems
  • Financial acumen
  • Market analysis.

Skills:

  • Relationship management
