As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and developing and implementing sales plans. Your input will increase our revenues and achieve our utmost goal of making it easier for people to buy and sell almost anything, promoting prosperity in local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Business development plans by reaching out to the existing database of leads through telephone, face-to-face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking;
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (value and volume);
  • Communicate effectively to manage clients’ expectations to ensure they receive a great dubizzle experience in cars;
  • Sell value-added products and subscriptions to new and older (expired or cancelled) accounts;
  • Provide client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and provide regular performance reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention;
  • Regularly update the reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities in cars;
  • Liaise with Finance, customer support, legal and marketing departments for any sales-related or client-related issues in the automotive market;
  • Collect Automotive market insights and keep up to date with laws and local development news.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience:

  • 3-5 Years of experience in Automotive Sales market;
  • Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients;
  • Start-up and online platform experiences are a plus.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of the Automotive market in Egypt.

Skills:

  • Customer Service Skills;
  • Negotiation Skills.
