About this Infrastructure Administrator role at TAWANTECH
· Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure agents across Linux and Windows
environments ensuring standardization and security compliance
· Perform system administration tasks including OS-level configuration, patching, hardening, and agent lifecycle
management
· Deploy and manage enterprise tools such as monitoring agents, endpoint management solutions, backup
agents, and security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR)
· Ensure compliance with SAMA, NCA, PDPL, and NDMO cybersecurity and data protection requirements
during installation and configuration activities
· Execute Infrastructure operations aligned with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change
Management ensuring proper documentation and approvals
· Monitor system health, performance, and availability through enterprise monitoring tools and proactively
remediate infrastructure issues
· Assist in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities including testing, failover
validation, and recovery execution
· Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting, upgrades, and deployment of infrastructure
components
· Maintain accurate operational documentation including configuration baselines, deployment procedures, and
knowledge base articles
· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement preventive measures
· Support automation initiatives using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to enhance efficiency and reduce
manual effort
· Ensure secure configurations and adherence to baseline standards including patching, vulnerability
remediation, and access controls
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
· 4–8 years of experience in infrastructure administration or system administration within enterprise environments,
preferably in banking
· Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
· Experience in deploying and managing infrastructure agents such as monitoring, backup, patching, and endpoint
security tools
· Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO standards · Exposure to ITIL framework and operational processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management · Experience in supporting Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity operations · Basic experience working with vendors and managing support cases · Knowledge of virtualization platforms, cloud environments, or enterprise infrastructure tools is preferred · Experience in production support environments with defined SLAs and KPIs.
