About this UI/UX Designer role at TAWANTECH
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in designing user-centric digital products, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. The role requires a strong balance between user experience, visual design, and business requirements.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play an important role in shaping digital experiences across financial products. This role is suited to a designer who can balance user needs, business goals, and product quality while working closely with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, polished experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Improve user journeys with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Design banking and financial products while adhering to security and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Experience designing banking or fintech products.
- Experience designing both web and mobile applications.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in UI/UX, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency with core UI/UX design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, FigJam, or InVision.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience presenting design decisions to leadership.
- Fluent in Arabic.
