岗位职责

完成基金日常运营管理工作，包括产品申赎、资金划付，费用支付、净值核算及信息披露等
负责基金产品的成立、备案、变更，完成交易账户的开立及调整，协助对接托管、券商等相关机构
对基金运营数据进行整理、汇总与分析，参与运营流程及自动化系统的建设与优化
参与基金信息披露，监管报送及合规管理等相关工作，协助配合监管检查、审计及合规风控工作
负责与投资人就运营相关事项进行日常对接，完成基金月报、基金公告等材料的制作与发布
完成部门交办的其他工作和任务

岗位要求

全日制本科及以上学历，具有1-3年相关工作经验
工作细心负责，积极主动，具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
有一定的数据处理与分析能力，具备数据库或编程语言使用经验
有基金从业资格或金融机构相关经验者优先
