We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in building our outbound sales engine from the ground up. As one of the first members of the sales team, you will have the opportunity to shape prospecting strategies, influence go-to-market initiatives, and directly contribute to the company's revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys engaging with decision-makers, and has a proven ability to generate high-quality sales opportunities through strategic outbound outreach. Beyond achieving targets, you'll help establish scalable sales processes, refine messaging, and collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and account executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a consistent outbound prospecting pipeline using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels.
- Identify, research, and qualify high-potential prospects across target industries and customer segments.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Account Executive or leadership team.
- Develop personalized outreach campaigns that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within the CRM system.
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies through experimentation, testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing to align outbound campaigns with ongoing initiatives and customer personas.
- Work closely with leadership to define and improve sales processes, playbooks, and qualification frameworks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to enhance sales conversations.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
- Gather customer insights and market feedback to help improve products, messaging, and positioning.
- Represent the company professionally while building strong relationships with prospective customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Outbound Sales.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting and pipeline generation goals.
- Experience selling SaaS, technology solutions, or B2B products is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales tools.
- Experience using sales engagement and prospecting platforms to manage outreach campaigns.
