Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build projects.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule and specifications.
- Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and subcontractors on project matters.
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
- Prepare method statements, work schedules, material submissions, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, and site resources.
- Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings.
- Ensure all P&S installations comply with PUB, BCA, and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.
- Experience in new build projects such as HDB, Condominium, and Commercial developments is preferred.
- Able to read and interpret construction and M&E drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment.
