Job Description
- End-to-End Hiring Ownership
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies beyond job postings, including LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for both active and passive talent.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand hiring needs beyond job descriptions.
- Challenge and align expectations on role requirements, timelines, and compensation.
- Provide market insights, talent availability updates, and hiring recommendations.
- Candidate Quality & Experience
- Conduct structured screening interviews to assess capability, ownership, and culture fit.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Drive offer management, negotiation, and successful conversion.
- Data & Process Excellence
- Track and manage key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in ATS (e.g., Moka or similar systems).
- Identify hiring bottlenecks and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
- Strategic Contribution
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Improve hiring frameworks, interview processes, and assessment quality.
- Mentor junior TA team members when required.
