Role overview
You'll spend your day on the phone helping customers, answering questions and making sure every call ends on a positive note. If you enjoy talking to people and solving problems, you'll feel right at home.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, professional way
- Answer questions and resolve issues on the first call where possible
- Log call details and update customer records accurately
- Follow scripts and processes while keeping conversations natural
- Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed
What you'll need
- Experience in a call centre or phone-based customer role
- Clear, confident spoken English
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM tools
- A positive, resilient attitude
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls
What's on offer
Salary of R13,000 to R16,000 per month, depending on experience. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday. You'll get full training, a friendly team around you, and steady work with an established UK employer from home.
