Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Prospect and approach new clients in both the private and public sectors.
- Manage and further develop existing client relationships.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
- Participate in public and private tenders, including the preparation and submission of bids.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Proven experience within the Facilities Management, Property Management, or Technical Services sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license.
