A leading omnichannel retailer: Head of Performance Marketing
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid and organic channels to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Own multi-million euro media budgets, forecasting, and investment allocation while optimizing ROAS, POAS, CAC, and contribution margin.
- Lead and scale paid media performance across Google Ads, Shopping, Meta, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.
- Define and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, demand generation, and category-level revenue growth.
- Own the MarTech ecosystem, including GA4, attribution models, tagging, BigQuery integrations, dashboards, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Partner with Commercial, Category, Finance, and Technology teams to align acquisition strategies with business objectives and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Performance Marketing, SEO, and MarTech teams while managing external agencies and strategic partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or eCommerce, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications or relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
- Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, Programmatic, Display, Affiliates, and modern performance marketing ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of performance measurement, attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing analytics.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, BI tools, and digital marketing technologies.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
