About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Business Applications Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable business applications, automation workflows, dashboards, and integrations using the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on transforming business processes through automation, analytics, and modern cloud technologies.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build solutions that:

What You’ll Own
Power BI & Business Intelligence
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards.
- Build scalable data models using DAX and Power Query.
- Develop KPI dashboards across operations, finance, HR, and leadership.
- Optimize dashboard performance, refresh reliability, and usability.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), governance, and reporting best practices.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful analytics and visualizations.
Power Automate & Workflow Automation
- Build advanced workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft 365.
- Develop approval workflows, notifications, alerts, and operational automations.
- Integrate Microsoft services with third-party applications using APIs and custom connectors.
- Automate repetitive business processes to improve speed, consistency, and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain workflow reliability.
Power Apps Development
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build internal business applications using Dataverse.
- Improve business processes through user-friendly applications.
- Enhance operational visibility and workflow efficiency.
- Support application maintenance and continuous improvement.
Azure Integrations & API Development
- Develop Azure Functions and cloud-based automation.
- Build secure REST API and webhook integrations.
- Connect Microsoft platforms with external business systems.
- Design scalable and reliable cloud workflows.
- Ensure integrations follow security and governance best practices.
Microsoft Teams & Collaboration
- Build Microsoft Teams automations and integrations.
- Create approval workflows, adaptive cards, notifications, and collaboration tools.

- Enhance productivity across Microsoft 365 environments.
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain documentation for:
