Multimedia Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative Multimedia Specialist to join our marketing team. The primary focus of this role is on video editing and basic graphic design to produce engaging content for social media and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit videos tailored for social media platforms such as TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Facebook.
- Produce engaging promotional videos and short-form content.
- Add basic motion graphics, subtitles, and audio enhancements to video content.

Graphic Design
- Create simple marketing visuals, including social media posts, banners, and infographics.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, and logo usage.
- Provide visual support for marketing campaigns as needed.

Content Support & Asset Management
- Adapt content into various formats suitable for different platforms.
- Assist with content localization, specifically for the Laos market.
- Organize and manage multimedia files to ensure easy access and retrieval.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or multimedia.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects (basic), Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI Generators.
- Understanding of social media trends, particularly on TikTok, Facebook, and Reels.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
