About the role
We are partnering with a privately held services business to find a Director of Workforce Performance. The company supports a large frontline workforce across multiple client sites and is looking for a leader who can improve consistency, accountability, and performance across the employee base.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to lead through managers, improve workforce standards, and create practical systems that support service quality. The position combines people leadership, performance management, analytics, and cross-functional partnership.
The Director of Workforce Performance will help strengthen workforce productivity, employee accountability, retention, and frontline leadership effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce performance standards across multiple service locations
- Partner with managers to improve attendance, productivity, service quality, and retention
- Monitor workforce trends and identify areas requiring coaching or corrective action
- Support consistent performance review, recognition, and accountability practices
- Work with HR and operations teams on staffing, onboarding, training, and employee relations
- Review labor productivity, overtime, turnover, and service performance data
- Build practical reporting tools for leadership visibility and decision-making
- Support a culture of professionalism, safety, consistency, and high performance
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience improving workforce performance in a frontline, hourly, or distributed team environment
- Strong understanding of employee accountability, labor productivity, and performance standards
- Experience working closely with operations, HR, and field leadership teams
- Ability to interpret workforce data and translate findings into practical action plans
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to influence managers and supervisors
- Experience supporting large teams across multiple locations or client sites
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Background in security services, facilities services, logistics, hospitality, or similar service environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience with workforce management systems or performance reporting tools
- Experience supporting organizational growth, change, or standardization initiatives
Benefits
Base salary: $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
Performance bonus: up to 15% based on individual and company performance
