About the role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support cross-functional execution across the organization. This role is suited to a hands-on professional who can identify inefficiencies, bring structure to day-to-day operations, and work closely with leadership to deliver consistent business performance. You will play a key role in improving workflows, reporting, vendor coordination, and internal service delivery. This is a fully on-site position based in central Paris.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational processes across internal teams, ensuring work is coordinated, documented, and delivered efficiently
- Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate recurring activities
- Partner with leadership to track operational priorities, project timelines, risks, and business performance indicators
- Coordinate with finance, HR, legal, IT, and administrative teams to support smooth cross-functional execution
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, process maps, reporting templates, and internal documentation
- Monitor vendor performance, supplier processes, and service-level expectations
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and operational reporting activities where required
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce delays, errors, and manual work
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and updates for senior stakeholders
- Support internal governance, meeting cadence, and follow-up on key business actions
Responsabilités principales

- Analyser les flux de travail existants et identifier les opportunités de simplification, de standardisation ou d’automatisation des activités récurrentes
- Collaborer avec la direction pour suivre les priorités opérationnelles, les calendriers de projets, les risques et les indicateurs de performance
- Coordonner les interactions entre les équipes finance, RH, juridique, IT et administration afin de garantir une exécution transversale fluide
- Développer et maintenir les procédures opérationnelles, les cartographies de processus, les modèles de reporting et la documentation interne
- Suivre la performance des fournisseurs, les processus de prestation et les attentes en matière de niveau de service
- Soutenir les activités de budgétisation, de planification des ressources et de reporting opérationnel selon les besoins
- Diriger les initiatives d’amélioration des processus afin de réduire les retards, les erreurs et les tâches manuelles
- Préparer des rapports opérationnels, tableaux de bord et mises à jour pour les parties prenantes seniors
- Soutenir la gouvernance interne, le rythme des réunions et le suivi des actions clés de l’entreprise
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Finance, or a related discipline
- Fluent in English and French, written and verbal
- Strong experience in operations management, business management, process improvement, or cross-functional project coordination
- Proven ability to improve processes and bring structure to complex operating environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and present recommendations
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and multiple business functions
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, workflow tools, reporting systems, and business platforms
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated, international, or multi-entity business environment
- Exposure to operational risk, vendor management, or internal control processes
- Experience implementing new systems, workflows, or reporting tools
- Project management certification or Lean Six Sigma training advantageous
- Prior experience supporting executive leadership or business transformation initiatives

- Solides compétences organisationnelles, avec un excellent suivi et une forte attention aux détails
Qualifications souhaitées
- Expérience dans un environnement réglementé, international ou multi-entités
- Exposition au risque opérationnel, à la gestion des fournisseurs ou aux processus de contrôle interne
- Expérience dans la mise en place de nouveaux systèmes, flux de travail ou outils de reporting
- Certification en gestion de projet ou formation Lean Six Sigma appréciée
- Expérience préalable dans le soutien à la direction ou à des initiatives de transformation business
Benefits
- Base Salary: €60,000 to €85,000 gross per annum, commensurate with experience
- Leave: 25 days paid annual leave in line with French statutory entitlements, plus RTT days applicable to the role
