We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees across a growing, highly structured business environment. This role is well suited to an HR professional who can combine strong employment law knowledge with practical business partnering, employee relations, and people operations support. You will work closely with leadership to improve HR processes, strengthen manager capability, and support a positive, compliant workplace culture. This is a fully on-site position based in central Paris.

Ce poste convient à un professionnel RH capable de combiner une solide connaissance du droit social français avec un accompagnement opérationnel des managers, la gestion des relations sociales et le suivi des processus RH. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec l’équipe de direction afin d’améliorer les pratiques RH, renforcer les compétences managériales et soutenir une culture de travail positive, conforme et collaborative. Ce poste est basé à Paris, en présentiel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and leadership teams to provide HR guidance across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, role changes, offboarding, and employee documentation
  • Advise managers on French labor law, internal policies, disciplinary matters, absence management, and employee relations cases
  • Ensure HR processes remain compliant with French employment regulations, collective agreements, and company policies
  • Work closely with payroll, finance, and legal teams to ensure accurate employee data and smooth monthly HR administration
  • Support annual performance review, compensation review, and talent planning processes
  • Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, templates, and internal communication materials
  • Monitor employee engagement, identify recurring people issues, and recommend practical solutions
  • Support change management initiatives across teams, structures, and business processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting through HRIS platforms and internal tracking tools

Responsabilités principales

  • Accompagner les managers et les équipes de direction sur les sujets RH, notamment les relations collaborateurs, la gestion de la performance, la planification des effectifs et le développement organisationnel
  • Gérer et coordonner les étapes du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, y compris l’intégration, la mobilité interne, les changements de poste, les départs et la documentation RH
  • Conseiller les managers sur le droit du travail français, les politiques internes, les procédures disciplinaires, la gestion des absences et les situations de relations collaborateurs
  • Veiller à la conformité des processus RH avec la réglementation française, les conventions collectives et les politiques de l’entreprise
  • Collaborer avec les équipes paie, finance et juridique afin de garantir l’exactitude des données collaborateurs et le bon déroulement de l’administration RH mensuelle
  • Contribuer aux processus annuels d’évaluation de la performance, de révision salariale et de planification des talents
  • Développer et améliorer les politiques RH, les procédures, les modèles de documents et les communications internes
  • Suivre l’engagement des collaborateurs, identifier les problématiques récurrentes et proposer des solutions concrètes
  • Soutenir les initiatives de conduite du changement liées aux équipes, aux structures et aux processus internes
  • Maintenir des dossiers RH exacts et à jour dans les outils SIRH et les systèmes de suivi internes

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Fluent in English and French, written and verbal
  • Strong experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or People Operations role within a structured business environment
  • Solid understanding of French employment law and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting managers with employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders at different levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site, hands-on HR environment
  • High proficiency with HRIS tools, Microsoft Office, and employee reporting systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a regulated or international business environment
  • Exposure to payroll coordination, benefits administration, or workforce reporting
  • Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or process improvement projects
  • Familiarity with French collective agreements and employee representative processes
  • Prior experience in a multi-site or multi-entity organization

Exigences

  • Diplôme en ressources humaines, administration des affaires, droit, psychologie ou domaine connexe
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Expérience solide en tant que HR Business Partner, généraliste RH ou responsable opérations RH dans un environnement professionnel structuré
  • Bonne connaissance du droit du travail français et des obligations de conformité RH
  • Expérience dans l’accompagnement des managers sur les relations collaborateurs, les problématiques de performance et les procédures disciplinaires
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de conseiller des interlocuteurs à différents niveaux
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement RH opérationnel, dynamique et en présentiel
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils SIRH, de Microsoft Office et des systèmes de reporting RH

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience dans un environnement réglementé ou international
  • Exposition à la coordination de la paie, à l’administration des avantages sociaux ou au reporting des effectifs
  • Expérience dans l’accompagnement de projets de changement organisationnel, de restructuration ou d’amélioration des processus
  • Familiarité avec les conventions collectives françaises et les processus liés aux représentants du personnel
  • Expérience préalable dans une organisation multi-sites ou multi-entités

Benefits

  • Base Salary: €55,000 to €75,000 gross per annum, commensurate with experience
  • Leave: 25 days paid annual leave in line with French statutory entitlements, plus RTT days applicable to the role
